- Andy (3/5): Disappointing! - The location was excellent for us because of its proximity to Southern Cross Station! The kitchen equipment was poor the cups didn’t match nor did the plates, there was no plug for the sink. The lounge was old and uncomfortable and the one chair was old but at least it was reasonably comfortable. The bed linen was old and not particularly warm and the pillows were old and uncomfortable. The remote control for the air conditioning had flat batteries. For a property costing over $200 per night we would have expected more comfort and more luxury!
- Dowie (4/5): Disappointing - Great location. Close to everything. Was not clean. Mould in shower we had to clean ourselves. Equipment broken. Notified property management but was not satisfied. To the owners of apartment I'm sad to put this up here. I asked for your details to contact to discuss as your communication prior to staying had been amazing.

- Clarha (9/5): Superb - We liked the location of the apartment which was very close to the Southern Cross Station and the view from the apartment was very nice. The wifi was slow, we ended up using our own data to surf the internet. And the aircond took a long time to cool the apartment.
- Brendan (5/5): Very hard and time-consuming to get bond returned - Good location. Easy to access. Fairy clean. Have been waiting over 2 weeks to have my bond returned from my stay, host keeps saying it will be processed but am still waiting. Bond will not be automatically refunded. You will have to chase it up and up to get any action from this host.
