William (10/5): This was the best apartment we found in Western Europe. - This was the best apartment we found in Western Europe. It was newly renovated, well-equipped, with comfortable beds, modern kitchen, and new furnishings. It is located in a quiet area while still close to Spagna, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. The Spagna Metro is five minutes away. Massimo is the best of hosts; he arranged for Guido to meet us to guide us to the apartment. Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Some snacks, coffee/tee and even champagne to celebrate the New Year was offered for free. The kitchen has all appliances.

Overall everything about it is just amazing i’d go there a million more times. nothing.

From the first contact Witt max, the delivery of the keys (Max waited a long time for us due to flight delay! and he was very kind!). He also receive us with typical Italian mini cookies, breads, sweets! Everything very clean, organized in details. There was a recent renovation in the property and it became a fantastic new & modern place in a old century building, preserving some authentic parts of its original architecture! What an authentic Italian experience!!!!! Excelente lines, kitchen equipments, bed and shower. And the location? Just perfect! In the heart of Rome's Center, you can do everything walking, many great restaurants and luxury/fashion stores around. Congratulations Max! We hope to return soon to be your guest again!

Book if available... do not hesitate! - Beautiful, comfortable and well furnished apartment in the heart of Rome, with two windows overlooking Via Frattina. As soon as you leave the house you are in the heart of shopping and only 100 meters from the Spanish Steps. Book if available! The house is brand new, equipped with Bose stereo, all Samsung appliances, Nespresso, air conditioning, excellent and fast wifi. The bed is very comfortable. The host very kind and extremely available.
