• Dominic (5/5): Rude owner - Excellent location Coffee provided Comfortable bed The apartment has a nice feel to it Lots of light Poor management and rude owner. The instructions to enter the building were poor. This was my 40th country. I ended up on the other side of the building as there are two entrances. She seem annoyed I had contacted her (it was dark) and stated that most people just work it out. I said the instructions are poorly worded and I said I would change them before leaving. I have done so, for future travelers. She also did not mention that there was a switch you needed to press to turn on hot water which is behind the bathroom door and needs time to heat up, resulting in a day without hot water. When I told her such details should be told before or on arrival. She was rude referring to how I make mistakes, just like I went the wrong way. This was despite me saying that I would again kindly, add this the check-in instructions. Some of the furnishings while nice in style are old. The table and sofa for example. One of the remote controls for the electric blinds is mounted upside down, so repeatedly falls down when you try to pick it up. No complimentary water or washing machine tablet left for guest to use. Hopefully the above will be changed as overall it was a nice flat. And the owner will learn her lesson.

• Hugues (10/5): - Tout était parfait. Appartement luxueux. Emplacement idéal. Machine à café italienne avec mouture fournie, machine expresso aussi avec les capsules. Machine à laver sèchante. Calme. Bonne literie. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire...Restaurant traditionnel réputé à 2 pas, il convient de réserver sa table, possible par internet. Il ne faut surtout pas se fier à la rue où se trouve l'appartement. Je le répète l'appartement est magnifique.

Неподдържани елементи - неработещи лампи, напукани стъкла по витрините, неработещи уреди, неудобен достъп откъм стълбище и начин на отключване на апартамента (безумно дълъг код с миниатюрна клавиатура за въвеждане на ключалката). Абсолютно неподходящ за хора с каквито и да е затруднения или в по-напреднала възраст. Все пак вярвам, че в скоро време амортизираните елементи ще бъдат подменени, но не бих посетила отново

• Nevyana (10/5): - Among all my stays in Sofia, this one is my favourite. It is very well-located and possesses a pleasant atmosphere. Beyond the essential amenities, there are other thoughtful touches, such as a lovely selection of books and a turntable, which, although it only had one vinyl record, offered Bluetooth connectivity as a substitute. The balcony provides a delightful view of the rooftops. This location presents a highly romantic ambience. Even though there are blinds on the windows, I would also recommend curtains. They could be quite helpful for anyone who does not prefer a completely dark room.

The highlight was the lovely terrace — perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location couldn’t be better: right in the middle of the city center, so everything was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again! • Galya (10/5): - Апартаментът е страхотен. Място, в което личи личният почерк на собственика. Грамофонът, книгите, всеки малък детайл: все неща, заради които се почувствах изключително уютно. Леглото е много удобно, има всякакви нужни прибори, а локацията е централна, съответно, изключително удобна. Терасата е голяма и гледа към вътрешен двор, със супер спокойна атмосфера.

• Nikolay (7/5): Cosy room in the attic of a central building in Sofia - The central location is a real advantage. This is a mansard room extended and reconstructed into a tiny open space appartment on the very last attic floor of a very old building in the very centre of Sofia. Comfortable bed and quite surroundings. Cody dining corner and kitchenette. There is no lift and the access could have been better described. Some spider nets and dust in the room which could have been better cleaned. Very old sofa which I avoided to use as it looked overused.

• Sonja (5/5): Passable - Die Lage.- In der schonen Stadtszentrum.von Sofia. It's on the 5th floor (not counting ground level) which was not properly communicated at reservation time. 10-digit PIN on tiny door lock number pad, with tiny keys & resetting itself whenever you take more than a second, was difficult to operate (almost impossible with arthritis). Access to balcony via step that's a movable platform and hazardous to use. Confusing to find due to unlabeled entrances and floors, with access to building via PIN entry at a *different* entrance than the one you need to enter (we climbed the wrong stairs with our luggage).

• Diana (10/5): A true gem in the heart of the city! - Perfect location, walking distance to all Sofia landmarks and close to a metro station. The apartment is cozy, great use of the space with amazing attention to detail. Functional and all set up. Should be noted that it’s on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator. Wasn’t a problem for me as the stairs are pretty wide.
