• Liliane (6/5): - O apartamento é muito bom, bem limpinho, no condomínio tem as mesas de jogos que é muito bom! Dá localização, ruas péssimas, cheias de buracos, ficamos hospedados em dias de chuvas e estava péssimo para sair e entrar no condomínio!
• Michele (7/5): - O condomínio é uma gracinha. A localização é péssima! Ruas totalmente esburacadas e cheias de água. Não dava nem pra sair andando a pé! Os colchões não são confortáveis.

Infelizmente não gostei do tratamento da pessoa que toma conta do lugar , muito grossa .
