- Prahlad (8/5): Overall a good stay but average breakfast and bar closed on Sunday was disappointing - Location was good, rooms were well appointed. Breakfast was average, the muesli, the omelette was quite overcooked, avocado was raw. The staff could’ve been quicker and more refined. Bar closed on Sunday but where do the hotel guests go?! We went to Baur au Lac.

Пришлось звонить и просить, чтобы кто-то подошел, встретил и забрал багаж. Отель старый, в номере не сливалась раковина, можно было заплыв устаивать. Ручка душа просто отвалилась. И так примерно со всем. Отелю требуется срочная реиновация. Сервис в лобби баре ужасный: чай ждал 20 минут, дважды напоминал. Своих денег отель не стоит

Der Anschluss an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist akzeptabel, nicht optimal. Das Versprechen bezüglich Luxus wird uneingeschränkt eingehalten. Hochwertiger Innenausbau, architektonisch ausgereift, räumliche Vielfalt im Erdgeschoss. Ruhige Lage. Allseits freundliches Personal. Lichtsteuerung in den Zimmern wie meistens kompliziert - konfus. Omnipräsente seichte Verblödungsmusik.

- Onur (5/5): Just not a unpleasant stay at all.. - Hotel is nice and clean also check in was smooth and the employees were polite in general.. we came for dinner to the restaurant after our long trip in the mountains and it was around 9:30 pm , then went to the restaurant and asked them if they are still open , the gentleman at the door said yes the restaurant open till 10:30 but only you can sit outside or lobby lounge he said.. Then we went up to the room showered and changed to have a nice dinner, when we arrived to outside part of the restaurant the employees weren’t really happy to see us and it was just still 10 pm , we said we would like to have dinner they said they closed but we can eat something in the lobby lounge then i said but your colleague told us you close @10:30 pm then she said let me call my manager then she came back she said please have a sit, then after no one brought the menu , then another waiter came he said but we are closing then i explained to him what we spoke with his colleague then he said ok, right behind him there was an African lady she came she said in a very rude way , you can have only drink but also you need to pay for it right away.. I was literally shocked.. i looked at her and said wow what a five star hotel and she didn’t even care.. Then we moved to the lobby lounge and explained this to the manager a lady, she apologized and try to give us a bootle of wine to our room but i didn’t accept it.. Then we had our dinner and left they complimented the two glasses of wine for us to show a gesture.. However im someone who has a hospitality background and worked with the best hotel chain in a management position this attitude definitely unacceptable and ruined all my good ideas about the hotel and the brand.. i would never stay again in this hotel.. Ps : On the way out when i went for the check out no one even cared to asked me how was my stay.. check in was very warm check out was very cold..

La présence en totale liberté, cris d’enfants répétitifs sans intervention du personnel ou des parents . On se croyait dans une fête privée d’enfants. Occupation bruyante de l’hôtel sans contrôle du personnel. .L’occupation du lieu n’est pas gérer. Personne ne savait s’il agissait de clients de l’hôtel et des passants venant se rafraîchir. Pour nous, ce n’est pas ce que nous recherchons quand nous dépensons cet argent. C’est le principal problème que nous avons rencontré et pour cette raison , nous ne pouvons pas envisager de retourner dans cet hôtel. L’expérience n’est pas satisfaisante malgré la qualité de la chambre.

Room was not ready and while they couldn’t offer any additional rooms except with additional charge when we got our rooms they were not clean and all beddings were on the floor and chairs! Extremely disappointed at the service and experience they provide to their customers It is an aging property and even to call reception or concierge had to call numerous times just for someone to answer.

- Joze (9/5): Very good hotel with good location. - The breakfast was very good. Very good location. Nice stuff. Bathroom- very strange design. Not enough privacy. Too small closet.
