Anna (7/5): Best view - Chic Apartment, great location and fantastic view Bathroom was old and needs renovation

Deborah (7/5): Good - A well equipped high rise apartment in a good location with great views of the city. Communication and customer care could be improved. To gain access to the apartment building we were advised to wait outside until someone was leaving as the keys are left in the unlocked apartment. We haven’t experienced this before when travelling and found it an unsatisfactory arrangement which could be improved. Although advised the check in details would be provided 2 days prior to arrival we had to make contact and request these the evening before as we hadn’t heard anything. The owners were much more proactive when it came to checking out as we received several messages reminding us what time we needed to leave.
