- Muzammil (1/5): - Nothing. the room was smelling like urine, so was bathroom. the room wasn't as it was advertised. and even after telling the staff there was no relocation of the room. Also tried cancelling the rest of my stay yet they didn't refunded the amount.

Die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt. Es gibt weder Kaffee aus dem Automaten noch Getränke in der Hotellobby – eine Schade! Kurz gesagt: Der Service ist äußerst unprofessionell.

- Angela (6/5): Zweckmäßig bei geringer Erwartung - Ich wollte für sehr kleines Geld in einem bestimmten Radius zu einem bestimmten Ziel übernachten. Hier bekommt man wofür man bezahlt. Erwarten darf man bei dem geringen Preis außer ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit nichts. Das Zimmer / die Ausstattung war nicht ganz intakt und etwas lieblos, tatsächlich aber seinen Zweck. Das Bett war super.

Die Mitarbeiter sind ins Hotel und auf die Zimmer und haben sich dann dazu entschieden nicht in diesem Hotel zu übernachten und Nachts lieber nach Hause zu fahren. Die Zimmer waren dreckig und schimmelig, so das man schon Angst um seine Gesundheit haben muß. Es gibt Video´s und Bilder von dem Zimmer

Vétuste, moquette sale, plinthes décollés, lampe cassée, sèche cheveux défectueux, portes de douche pleines de calcaire. Pas de petit déjeuner

- Thomas (1/5): - Trotz Nichtraucherzimmern ist über die Lüftungsanlage Zigarettenrauch und auch Canabisrauch aus einem Nachbarzimmer ins Zimmer gezogen. Insbesondere das Badezimmer wurde nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Für eine schnellle Übernachtung als Zwischenstopp brauchbar, aber tatsächlich eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Es kam zu erheblicher Ruhestörung: Nach nur ca. drei Stunden Schlaf wurde ich morgens gegen 8 Uhr durch extrem lautes Telefonieren eines Nachbarn geweckt. Ein Weiterschlafen war nicht möglich. Zusätzlich fehlten Handtücher im Zimmer, ich musste mir selbst welche holen und wusste nicht, ob diese sauber waren.

Nach meine reklamierte Meinung an Rezeption, gab es nur Ausrede und Schuldzuweisung. Ich bin nach einem Tag weggegangen und hab woanders gebucht.
