• Matthias (9/5): Sehr schönes Apartment zum Wohlfühlen - Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel, schön und umfänglich eingerichtet und liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Der Kontakt war überaus freundlich, auch vor Ort, und unkompliziert. Auch das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr ansprechend. Es gibt - auf hohem Niveau - die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit. Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist sowohl in den Flur als auch nach draußen sehr hellhörig. An einem Samstagabend ist durchaus einiges los bis nach Mitternacht. Man könnte zudem den Wasserhahn richtig anbringen und es wäre noch komfortabler gewesen, wenn es ein zweites Kissen gegeben hätte.

• Alba (1/5): Desastrosa - No vayáis no hay agua caliente y no va el wifi El personal fatal, no te contestan y te toman el pelo como si no supiesen que el selector de agua está roto desde el 30 de diciembre ( está en las reseñas ). Te dicen que van a arreglarlo y tras nuestra estancia en el apartamento no ha aparecido nadie.
• Margit (10/5): - Es war, sauber, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Hab mich sehr wohl gefüllt in dem Zimmer Leider ist kei Parkplatz beim Aufenthalt inbegriffen

• Felix (5/5): - Lage ist gut. Putzkraft kommt einfach um 09.45uhr ins zimmer 3. Geht gar nicht. Loch in wand hinter türe. Lampe oder ähnliches hängt von decke. Platte in bad ist gebrochen. Bad ist schlecht gereinigt. Code für schlüssel wurde nicht gesendet. 6min telfoniert mit roaming :(
• Dietmar (6/5): Akzeptabel Unterkunft, mit viel Luft nach oben! - Zentrale Lage, einfacher Check Inn Prozess. Grosse Loch in der Wand mit Blick auf Wasserleitungen, Kein Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer, Fenster schließt nicht richtig, daher zieht es. TV ließ sich nicht wie beschrieben bedienen, da Zatoo App nicht registriert.

• Daylla (5/5): Falta de atenção com os quartos, não recomendo. - A localização muito boa . Apartamento fica no térreo. Fiz a reserva do apartamento me colocaram no quarto que era dispensa eles fizeram reembolso do dinheiro completo da hospedagem .

• Francisco Javier (1/5): Irresponsable with your guests. DISASTER - 1. You didn't send me an invoice. 2. You never compensated me with the 20% refund you promised. 3. You're a disaster, irresponsible with your guests, a week without hot water in the shower and no Wi-Fi.

• Marianne (4/5): - Die Lage ist Gut und Central gelegen Es gab keine warme Dusche, weil die Mischbatterie kaputt war. Der Fußboden war dreckig. Der Netzwerkschlüssel für das Internet stimmte nicht, somit gab es auch kein Internet.

• Krisztina (8/5): Very good - Very nice location, easy access. The host company is clearly extremely design conscious, so the apartment had a very fancy look/feel to it. Super high ceilings, floor heating, comfortable bed. Some limitations in terms of functionality: the heat regulator in the shower seemed broken, so the water temperature fluctuated between icy and barely lukewarm.

• Sergejs (9/5): Very stylish and modern apartments. - Friendly and kind owner. She explained everything and was always in touch. The location is excellent - shops and restaurants are nearby, the city center is less than 10 minutes walk. The street is calm, we slept with the window open during the night. Wi-Fi, TV, kettle, heating, shower, hairdryer - everything worked properly. The bed linen is clean and fresh. The shower in the bathroom is very stylish. We were very pleased. I recommend for everyone - couples, families with children, work trips. Ideal apartments. Thank you, Steffi, for such a wonderful place in Augsburg!
• David (9/5): Superb - Great location on quiet street near city centre. Hosts were good communicators by email. Easy to check in and leave. Comfortable and clean apartment.
