- Joachim (4/5): nicht zu empfehlen - gute Lage und Verkehrsanbindung Umfeld mit Hinterhofcharakter, Hausflur verdreckt, Kaffeemaschine fehlte, Wasserhahn im Bad defekt, und vieles mehr.
- Susi (5/5): - Das Apartment war sehr geräumig. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt Die Haustür war nicht dicht.. Das Auschecken ist sehr früh. Der Hausmeister ist in die Wohnung gekommen, obwohl er davon ausging, das keiner der Gäste zu gegen ist.
- Johann (4/5): Altbauwohnung im Hinterhof - kurze Wege in die Stadt. - Die Lage war gut - einerseits in der Nähe einer Grünanlage am Fluß und See, andererseits nahe am Zentrum und nahe am Stadion. Verkehrslärm war nicht zu hören. Die Qualität der Türen war suboptimal. Die Tür zur Wohnung schloß nicht richtig - sie hatte im abgesperrten Zustand ein Spiel von ca. 1cm. Die Fenster waren zwar neu, aber ließen sich nicht problemlos öffnen - vmtl. ein Einstellungsproblem.
