• Valère (10/5): Parfait - Je suis exigeante et j'ai tout aimé. On se sent comme à la maison. C'est un très bel appartement qui a beaucoup de charme, traversant, lumineux, très bien équipé, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût, au calme et pourtant proche de tous. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Le quartier est lui aussi très agréable. Je le recommande et la prochaine fois que je visite Londres, je souhaite de nouveau séjourner à cet endroit. Tout était parfait. Helena est également très disponible et charmante.
• ken (9/5): Stylish and Spacious and Good Location. - Wonderful place,, stylish and spacious. There are 2 levels of stairs tp get to the flat which you should be mindful if you have large suitcase. Love the location wirh great access to F&B, Regent's park, transport, etc. Could do wtih hooks for winter jackets.

• Madeleine (9/5): Convenient for university area of London. Nice flat - Very quiet, well equipped Stairs are narrow and awkward. Hallway looks a mess as you enter.
• Adrian (10/5): A very pleasant and enjoyable stay in a spacious apartment in quiet central location. - There was so much that I liked about this apartment, from small things like the décor and home comforts to how spacious the apartment was, more so than I had realised from the description. There was little noise from outside which was surprising for such a central location. It was a 10 minute walk to regents part, 5 minute walk to nearest tube station, 15 minute walk from Euston station. I would have to be really picky to put anything here, the only thing I can think to put is a couple of clean glasses had been left in the dishwasher.

• Vincent (9/5): Relaxing week in a well located attractive, clean and bright apartment. - Ideal location 5 minutes from Regent's Park and 15 minutes walk from Oxford St. Bright and airy living room / kitchen. Comfortable bedroom. Attractive bathroom. Overall high standard of cleanliness. Attentive landlord. Quiet street. Expected more TV stations - e.g. BBC1, Channel 4.
• Ian (10/5): Lovely flat close to Regent's park - will definitely stay again - Lovely flat, well-located and has lots of space for one person (and for two absolutely fine) It also had a well-equipped kitchen. Sometimes the extractor fan from the restaurant downstairs could be a little noisy (vibration), but it only impacted the kitchen, upstairs bedroom was fine.

Helena provided all necessary information and very promptly dealt with a small issue in the kitchen. The drainage in the bathroom needs attention. As the bath drained the shower tray filled up with stale smelly water.

• Bennett (10/5): Great stay in London! - Amazing flat! I stayed here with my wife, it is right in the centre of London, you can go to most places just walking. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Property itself is large and modern, the bedroom is very quiet at the back of the flat and comfortable. Check-in was very easy and Helena the host was great!
• Gareth (6/5): Good value for money but it was unfortunate that the bedroom was painted before the stay and the bed was uncomfortable - Living space - kitchen, dining area, living room area 10/10 The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. The bedroom was also painted before our stay and it smelt that bad my wife could sleep in the bed room. The shower basin fills up within a minute and flood the bathroom. I had to turn the shower of every other minute to let it drain before turning it back on.
