• Divyesh (2/5): Spacious, good location, poor cleanliness and even poorer Host communication - Spacious apartment, easy to access (with a lift) and really good location, right by Canning Town Station & London Cable Car service - with a few nearby grocery stores and an easy bus option. Host did allow a slightly earlier check-in via a nearby shop, was quite convenient. - No fan, despite requesting one due to prior reviews - Too noisy, 34C - 35C and couldn't keep windows open because of how loud the nearby street is - a fan would have REALLY helped! - Lack of towels, only one hand towel despite knowing there were two guests - Fairly large fruit flies everywhere - kitchen & bathroom was covered in them (about 30-40 of them), there were some in the sink / cupboards / microwave / fridge - Very icy fridge - did not seem well looked after - Generally unclean property, very surface level cleaning done - even bed sheets didn't look clean - Host should specify "NO toiletries" within booking / listing, it's not mentioned but is often assumed to be available for apartments on Booking.com - No dish soap - there was no dishwasher so having some kind of way to wash dishes is expected and does not come under "toiletries", there were lots of cleaning products but no dish soap - TV disconnected from wifi & didn't let me logout of accounts - Lamps in living room didn't work / neither did balcony light switch - "Daily housekeeping" listed but there was no such thing - No instructions / wasn't able to throw out rubbish which likely made the fruit flies happy Communication with host seemed like copy & paste responses or cold responses that were not very helpful throughout our stay. Some of the issues above could've been resolved if we had received prompt responses and assistance but I gave up on the host after realising they could not even ensure the property had two regular sized towels for two guests after being told as much. I was told they had an emergency but just some communication around it would have helped - eventually found and washed a towel for my own use.

• Ilaria (9/5): Highly recomended! - Wonderful property, so much space and all with all the necessary things. Wonderful water pressure and hot water is available without limits at every hour, that’s a must! In 10 minutes walk you could arrive at two different stations for DLR or tube or Cable Car, bus stop is in front of the building. Cleaning needs to be improved.
• Sid (6/5): Pleasant - spacious apartment for the couple, next to the bus stop and 15 mins walk from London Excel the carpet was very dirty and you could find hairs everywhere. No toiletries at all.

• Sarah (8/5): This was a great choice to stay in whilst at a conference at the Excel. The tube line to here is extremely good making c - Location excellent . 10 mins walk to London Excell conference centre. 5 mins walk to tube station . Really spacious, comfortable and quiet in a pleasant location. Lack of curtains on front window , felt a bit on show when dark and light were on. There are blinds but they are ineffective No washing up bowl or plug to sink- difficult to wash up ! Remote to bedroom Tv didn’t work and neither did side light in sitting room. No instructions about rubbish or recycling.
• Emilie (6/5): Pleasant - Location for walking to Excel is great. Sink has a waste disposal system that is very smelly. I had to cover it up with a cup to stop the smell spreading. The window in the living room is not easy to open or close. Single glasing means noise from bus stop opposite and/or people chatting outside can be heard inside.

• Rita (10/5): Beautiful, clean and comfy - We stayed here for the For the Love of Fantasy convention in the Excel. It was only a short walk to the centre so a great location if attending events here. The apartment was so clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this fab apartment
• Emma (9/5): A beautiful and secure location, great host and overall lovely flat! - Brilliant safe and pretty location, lovely balcony with parakeets in the trees around us. Comfy bed, lots of streaming options on tv, tea making facilities and a lovely rain head shower. Great communication and lovely having a physical person to welcome us. Make clear that parking may not be available in carpark and may be on street. Could have used a fan, it was sweaty lol!
• Tse (8/5): Home away from home - Sarah has been helpful and waited at the apartment for us to check in. All are very smooth, and her smile is the loveliest welcome. The apartment has a lovely yet simple layout with the living room and a bedroom. Both rooms are very spacious. The kitchen and utensils are very clean and new. The bathroom is in a good size and clean. And I appreciated the most is all bedding and towels are brand new. The neighbours next door are quiet but the flat is facing to a very busy bus stop and a playground. It takes sometime to get use of the noise from the kids playing basketballs and people talking at the bus stop. All are good in general. Nothing much I dont like However, if I may allow to advise, I would suggest having a dinning table for eat and work, which is the biggest miss out. Heatwave happens in the UK like a routine now, it may also be a good idea to stock a fan in the flat for the hot days.

• Charmaine (10/5): Cosy, comfortable and relaxing - The decor in the apartment is so beautiful and well thought out. The apartment was clean and located to conveniently that we managed to order dinner and it arrived in no time and just cosied up for the rest of the evening. Our host was reachable for anything we needed although she’d given a detailed walk through prior she was still friendly when I called with questions. I loved everything!
