• Kate (5/5): Necessary stay for work and school - Location as staying for work and school Lots of dog poo to clean up in the garden, 6 bags to take out so our daughter could play outside. We don’t own a dog. The property could do with a good clean, as dog hairs, dust and wear and tear have impacted the property comfort and liveability. There wasn’t enough cutlery and plates to do two meals for 3 people, so be prepared to wash.

• Brendan (10/5): The best possible home away from home - Lovely modern and clean home with everything you could possibly need and want. Communication was fast and efficient and we will definitely return.
• Charlotte (7/5): - Very clean and tidy. Lovely lounge and kitchen setup That the only bathroom was the ensuite. So those staying in the second room had to walk through someone's else room to use facilities.

• Jen (5/5): Overpriced and underwhelming, but the bed is comfortable. - Front door had a key code sent in a message so that was very easy. We have just left looking after a Airbnb for 6 months so had high expectations. Where to start! We paid an extra $50 as a cleaning fee to have our 2 dogs there. They did try to charge $65 but our dogs are tiny and do not shed hair so I argued. Upon arrival and keen to get in to the yard we discovered the yard was not even tidy. The lawn was long, weeds everywhere and dry grass that was walked through the house by all of us. Under the alfresco area the plaster roof(literally ripped out) and alfresco light was non existent. The light had a plastic bag over it? If the house is being cleaned by someone externally, then the owners are being ripped off. There were finger prints on the cupboards and fridge and the sink was not clean. There are cobwebs in the house and certainly on the external furniture. It was very hot when we stayed and there is no ceiling fan in the bedroom or pedestal fan to pug in. This would be a worthwhile investment. The master bedroom is in need of curtains even though some attempt has been made to block out the light, it is really very unattractive, and also doesn’t really work. There is a strange plastic bowl screwed to the wall in the kitchen area? The fridge leaks water on to the floor. Not enough tea bags for a couple to have 3 morning cups of tea. When we arrived there was a broken fake plant and I let the owners know straight away so we didn’t get charged. They made contact straight away and were very pleasant. I can also vouch for the bed being very comfortable.

• Narelle (10/5): A perfect home away from - One of the most important things for me is a comfortable bed that minimises partner disturbance, and Lucas One definitely has a comfortable bed. This place is equipped with all you need for a home away from home, with easy to follow instructions and the added bonus of being pet friendly It’s hard to find fault with this place. If I had to pick something it would be the light from the street front that comes into the main bedroom at night

• Alison (6/5): Be aware with the extra cost, what you see it’s not what you gonna pay! - Pet friendly, stayed warm in cold winter. Host are extremely approachable and good communication. Only one bathroom which is located in the Master Bedroom to share, my friend who stayed in Bunk bedroom had to use our bathroom during the time that we stayed. The place has an unpleasant smell. The most important part was all the extra costs are should be listed and detailed on your property discerption, through the confirmation, we’ve learned and paid $25 for extra 1 hour early check in, and $50 for two dogs travel with us. And we had to paid the host by bank transfer instead of one total charge through Bookings.com

So dirty that we ft and did not sta - Location Property was dirty, dusty, slapdash - appeared that property had not been cleaned since last guest. Main bedroom has ensuite, but there was no general bathroom in property - only ensuite.

• Carter (8/5): Very good - Bedroom with on-suite. No heating in bedroom. No access to backyard. Extra $50 required for having a pet stay after booking and payment for the stay has been made.
