The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.

- Jill (8/5): Cool location for observing the social scene from up high and participating from the street. - Location was great for being in the heart of the social scene. Not the rental company's responsibility, but we lost water power (for all related bathroom needs) for an hour. Future USA guests should bring wash cloths (flannels), soap and shampoo. Also provide some advice on what do to when the power goes out due to too many appliances, etc. being turned on at the same time. (Again, not rental company's responsibility.) Thankfully my son, currently visiting Italy, knew what to do and how to prioritize usage. :) Staff was wonderfully responsive with a non-water related issue with the bathroom.

- Simon (8/5): Good size, fantastic view from balcony and nice location- but some challenges to be aware of - Great balcony with an amazing view. Good location close to bars & restaurants in Navigli. Easy access through app. Good size of apartment and bedrooms. Could not use aircon due to missing remotes- contacted property owner who informed us that by Italian law aircon cannot be used prior to a date in May. We were not informed of this, and apartment was listed with aircon. We had 30 degrees during our stay, so this was a big minus. Also, apartment has absolutely no soundproofing. We could hear neighbours voices and radio, all sounds from outside and even water pipes from our own bathrooms. If you are a light or even normal sleeper you might find this challenging, we did and we are not that particular about noises.
