Не понравилось- ,,горничными,, работали два молодых челрвека,которые не хотели убирать в номере.На нашу просьбу убать,они отвечали согласием.А ,в итоге,только освобождали только мусорные ведра

• Galina (3/5): Предлагаю просто не заселяться в этот отель.Амбасадор - Близость к пляжу.Хотя это было не важно. Равнодушие на ресепшен.Похоже,они не заинтересованы в туристах совсем.Произошла кража в номере.Но ни извинений,ни попыток уладить хотя бы материально.Вместо этого-грубость и обвинение нас в попытке «заработать». Постельное белье и полотенца-на уровне «двойки».Еда однотипная.Лежаки на пляже давно надо поменять.Номера с видом на горы на 3 этаже-это вам очень повезет.Большинство же так расположены,что могут понравиться только совсем непритязательным. Все это относится в Ambassador Hotel.Про Astoria-не знаю,поскольку переселили в первый же день. Кстати,без предупреждений.Просто поставили перед фактом.Платный Wi-Fi,что добавило разочарований. Не рекомендуем.

• Adriana (1/5): Avoid avoid - Pool is nice As soon as we arrived they said they will send us jn another hotel that is 5 stars and we will come back the next day. we said ok. They did not booked us in a hotel they booked in a room far away from that as said hotel. The room was dirty, moldy, broken lights, broken smoke detector, broken bathroom everything. When we came back after we argued with the manager we discovered that the hotel we booked is in reality worse that the one they send us. Everything was sticky, moldy dust everywhere, the toillet was full of somebody else’s businesses, uncomfortable bed mold in every corner of the shower cabin. Even the shower gel smelled moldy. The food was terrible. All you have to eat is some eggs in the morning with some chese because the meats was untouchable, they lookes realy nasty, for lunch and dinner some rice and maybe one dessert. They lack the variety of meat, only some chicken seasoned with something that covered the smell of old meat. The juice comes froma machine that i can bet is not real orange juice and the coffee was the worst coffee that i drank in my life. The stuff only has like 2 nice employees. Thanks for the man that gave us cookies for my sister’s birthday and the man that printed or bording passes.
• Marie (10/5): Rigtig godt. Jeg vil anbefale det til andre, som skal til Tyrkiet. Godt varieret mad hele ugen. Både morgen, middag og a - Medarbejderne var alle super søde og glade. Især Isa, Bilal, Ibrahim og Helin var rigtig gode ved os. De var søde til at hjælpe, hvis man skulle finde et sted som i vores tilfælde var at finde et sted til tatoveringer. Alt var godt
• Елена Колчанова (8/5): - Расположение отеля отличное(недалеко до центра, моря), чистый бассейн, классный рыжий кот, следящий за порядком))) Еда неплохая, голодным не останешься. Персонал доброжелательный и готовый помочь. Чистота в номерах оставляет желать лучшего...за уборку не могу даже 3 поставить. Белье и полотенца старые и застиранные. И сантехнику пора менять. Анимации в отеле нет, только музыка.

• Mohamad Saeed (8/5): For a mid-range stay, this hotel is very suitable and offers good value. However, if you are seeking - We were very pleased with the staff, who were all friendly, polite, and helpful. In particular, Control Manager Isa stood out for his attentiveness—he consistently checked to ensure everything was in order and personally asked clients about their comfort. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes. Vegetarian options were also readily available, ensuring that everyone could enjoy the meal without difficulty. The cleaning service did not come at the same time each day, which made it difficult to know when to expect service. Bed linen changes, towel replacements, and floor cleaning were also not carried out regularly, likely due to the hotel being at full capacity. During our stay, the sauna was out of order and the gym equipment appeared not to be well maintained. The beach facilities could also be improved, as there was only one changing cabin and no umbrellas available during strong sun. That said, considering the price we paid, the overall experience was still convenient and satisfactory.
• Nandor (1/5): - After a 10-hour journey, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted, only to be told at reception that the “electricity” was off in our booked room and that no alternative rooms were available. Instead, we were transferred to another hotel where the conditions were absolutely unacceptable — dirty, unhygienic, and inhumane. The next day, we were assured that we would finally receive the room we had originally paid for. However, instead of the booked double room with an extra single bed, we were given a room with just two single beds — completely different from what we reserved. Its totally obvious there was no electricity issue, but despite our reservation 6months in advance, the hotel was overbooked because of their greed. This hotel is dishonest, misleading, and treats its guests with no respect. It feels like a scam. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!
• Paul (1/5): Appalled with the behaviour of both the hotel and Booking.com - The hotel had a nice feel to it and the food was generally good. When we booked our confirmation said free transfers and day trips - this was a lie. Apparently the 'free transfers' is their hotel name and not an offer of their service. They're then allowed to "change their name" and not offer free transfers etc. We had to pay for transfers and there were no free trips. We asked Booking.com and you're fine with them miss selling - not good. No room available when we arrived - we had to stay in a second hotel that night and eat breakfast in a third hotel. In the second hotel we refused the first room as the bed was sagging in the middle. They gave us a new room - not kettle or drink facilities, no wifi. The tap in the sink didn't work and we brushed our teeth in the shower that night. The handle on the balcony door came off in our hand and the air con was appalling.

• frunza (4/5): Nu merită 4 stele, noroc cu croaziera pe Mediderana din ultima zi de sejur, care a adus un plus vanantei. - Nu mi-a plăcut camera, pentru ca în rezervare era altă cameră, dar în realitate am primit o cameră fără peisaj și murdara(instalație sanitară învechită și defectă, gresie și parchet deteriorate). Personalul a fost acceptabil. Distanța față de plajă, n-a fost la așteptările noastre. Trebuia să mergi vreo 15 minute pe jos, fără plaja privată.

• Alex (10/5): - Администратор Иса ты классный. Отдыхал с женой и ребенком 1 год . Всё на 10 баллов. Повар отличный, всегда разнообразная еда,голодный ещё никто не остался всё вкусно. Бармен замечательный делает вещи! Однозначно рекомендую! Приеду в следующем году обязательно! Персонал супер все молодцы! Как ни странно но и одного минуса.

• Serhii (10/5): Уют, дружелюбность , расположение ! - Отдых был прекрасным ! Ощущения уюта и дома. Персонал очень дружелюбный и заботливый. Администратор Ирина приятная и отзывчивая! Менеджер отеля Иса профессионал своего дела! Было весело и легко общаться с сотрудникам отеля! Очень вкусная еда, много овощных блюд, вкуснейшие фрукты! Уборка номеров должна быть качественней.

• Sofia De Bruyne (1/5): First night transported to another hotel, bad organization - Food was not bad. First day when I came to the hotel I was transported to another hotel because they were double booked obviously. They said that the air conditioning is not working. There was a few more people that also get to go to another hotel. Second day they brought us back. This was very stressful. Rooms wasn't clean. If you want to go to the beach you have to walk a lot and it's very hot. They doesn't have shuttle service like other hotels.
• Roman (10/5): ИСА испортил весь отдых …( - Ресепшен ( Ира ) очень приятная и удивительная девушка . Спасибо ей большое за умение заглаживание углов . Персонал по имени Иса ( ISA ) очень не правильно вел себя при клиентах , он просто рабочий но вел себя как будто это его отель . Доставал всех отдыхающих женского пола что не приемлемо для обыкновенного рабочего … он говорил персоналу на баре , кому можно наливать алкоголь кому просто воду , хотя отель все включено … вел себя просто не адекватно !!!
• Nicolae (1/5): Nightmare vacation - How the hotel looks from outside. There are a lot of things, but first of all the personal only speak Turkish or Russian. They aren't helpful or don't even try to be nice. They treated us with no respect. The rooms were filthy and the mattresses were really uncomfortable. We stayed here 9 days and not once did they change the linen. Booking should make an inspection, because this hotel is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. It barely could be a 3 star hotel. We don't recommend this hotel.

• Nurmet (6/5): Поменяйте флешку с музыкой, умоляю - эти ремиксы русской попсы просто ужасны - Хорошее месторасположение, бесплатный вай фай в отеле, вкусная и разнообразная еда (особенно арбузы), удобный бассейн и хороший бар, есть свой пляж - чистый, комфортный. Телевизор с ментовскими сериалами на русском (чисто вкусовщина, но есть свой вайб). Персонал чудесный :) Все остальное, а именно: заявлялись бесплатная сауна и хамам, но температура там была около комнатной, уборка проводилась по настроению - бедное полотенце для ног пролежало с нами всю неделю, но нашу упаковку с пластырями зачем-то выкинули (а от ёршика была только палка, функциональная часть отсутствовала, но по требованию добавили рабочий ёршик). Указана услуга выдавать ланч бокс в случае, если пропускаешь завтрак - лучше бы не было такой услуги (это надо постараться найти такой черствый хлеб, хотя завтраки были неплохие). В ланч бокс положили самые соленые вещи со стола в смущающе малом количестве, напитка никакого не предоставили - пить хотелось страшно. Кровати дико неудобные. На фитнес тренажеры больно смотреть (понимаю, что это последнее, что востребовано в олл инклюзиве, но все же услуга заявлена)

• Malek (9/5): Séjour familial agréable - C'était un séjour familial fabuleux, on se sentait chez soi. Le personnel fait tout pour nous satisfaire, en particulier Ibrahim dans le bar ou le chef cuisinier qui préparait des plats succulents. Le all in de l'hotel est trés satisfaisant, mes enfants ont trouvé leurs comptes. La plage de l'hotel est fabuleuse. La piscine couverte et la salle de sport necessitent de l'entretien.
• Calinux (2/5): - The staff was trying to be very helpful, at least most of them. The bathroom was not clean especially the shower. The staff did not speak English or were speaking very badly. I have better expectations for a 4 star hotel.

• Hannuksela (7/5): - Ruoka oli syötävää ja kalaa ja kanaa oli useasti. Oma ranta alue, rannalla tuolit ilmaiset. Aamupala olisi saanut olla monipuolisempi ja lihaa ruoilla olisi saanut olla enempi tarjolla, siivous huoneessa ei toiminut. ( Viikon aikana 1 kerran kävi siivoojat. )
