The owners of this property presented the wrong property to us from the outset, the actual property we were directed to and given was the Queen Regina Suites. Not what we thought we had booked. We couldn't open & access the key via the keylock, the code didn't open the key lock. The owners didn't answer their telephone when we tried several times to contact them. The property is not fit for purpose, it is a fire hazard! Thus, we decided not to stay at the property & make our feelings known to booking.com & the property owner. Unfortunately, the owners have consistently denied our complaints and refused to refund our money. They are advertising the wrong property & with misleading, this is not what we expect from Booking.com. My wife & I have been using Bookin.com for approx 20yrs, we are genius members. Thus, we know we have been scammed; we have never had this experience before with any booking via booking.com or Air B&B. We are due a full refund of our 167 Euro, plus compensation for the aggro & inconvenience we have been through.
• Huran (8/5): Very good - I really liked this room. Very comfortable just like a bedroom in your house. Check in was difficult. The address on the website was 19 but the door number was 1.
