- Sally (9/5): Fabulous apartment and location is superb! - The apartment was really nicely decorated and had some lovely touches and was clean and well presented. The location was excellent, easy walk to the Quay and city. I messaged the mobile number to get the key code, no email was received and the outside of the building is a little tired.

It was a comfortable base for a week in Perth.

Location was also not bad near to the city centre, and we were able to enjoy the new year fireworks at the Langley park easily. The room has been properly refurbished but the building and surrounding didn’t look good.
- Jan (9/5): Great apartment close to Perth city centre - Great little apartment that had everything we needed. Very comfy, clean & well sized. Apartment was great. Unfortunately we found Perth city (which is why we chose to stay here) flat & lacking energy and appeal. The good news is the rest of Perth (outside city centre) was fantastic!

- Yolanda (10/5): Tastefully furnished, comfortable, well-equipped and extremely responsive and helpful host. - The location is wonderful, especially if you have a car. We really appreciated having easily accessible off-street parking almost in the centre of the city. I loved that the apartment building is directly opposite the Swan River and enjoyed a glass of wine sitting at the bar area, watching the world go by. There is nothing that we did not like. However, people who are in any way physically challenged or travelling with super-heavy luggage, should note that there is a short flight of stairs that you need to climb to access the property. I did note that there are no airconditioners in the bedrooms, only ceiling fans. Whether or not this may be a problem on especially hot days, I do not know, as my stay was in October.

Advertised as a vintage apartment so knew what to expect. No complaints.

- Andrew (9/5): Perfect choice - Lovely decor, good location, ample space for 4 of us. Every appliance you could need and lots of cafes nearby for breakfast if feeling lazy. Main bed mattress faulty to one side. Owner made aware and have promised to replace.
- Michael (8/5): Don't judge a book by the cover....................look inside, you'll like it. - I was surprised how modern the interior was and the thought that had gone into making our stay enjoyable. The location is very convenient and car parking no trouble at all. Good quality materials have been used throughout and the cereals, pasta, oil, butter etc were welcome. Nice to get a real coffee machine. Large Android type TV. Modern relatively large bathroom. Possibly more directed aircon into the 2 bedrooms when the weather is very hot. The living area is well airconditioned.

- Michael (8/5): Having been born before this building was built, I now can officially class myself as Very Vintage! - Cenrtal location, very clean, tasteful decor, balcony with an outlook for afternoon drinks and breakfast. Think the owner is a Virgo..everything neat and arranged. A little noisy but that's central living in a big city.
Would have been good to have TV connected. Yes one was (to cables but we don't subscribe) . Free to air would have been OK.
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay at this property. We were attending an event at Optus stadium and found the location of this apartment perfect!! It was very easy for us to catch an Uber to the event, and once we caught the train back to the city, it was a short and easy 10 minute walk back to the apartment. Having the CBD, river, fantastic cafes all within walking distance was very desirable. The location was surprisingly very quiet overnight (Thursday night over a long weekend) and we didn’t hear sirens or traffic.
The apartment itself was stunning! So much character and the finishes were very chic and fun. We had everything on hand we needed and a lot of thought has been put into every aspect of the apartment. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the beds were so comfortable and felt like a cloud. It would be perfect for a girls night away (which is what our stay was) but also fantastic for a business stay given the location, or a weekend stay for a little family. The views of the river from the enclosed verandah were beautiful while enjoying a bubbles.
The hosts communication was fantastic and we were provided with all the handy info in the lead up to our stay, and found the detailed images to help us find the apartment and check in were very helpful.
The whole experience was more than we could have hoped and we can’t wait to stay here again!
