• Anne Marie (8/5): Great location. The apartment is clean but pretty dated - The blankets were old and in the wardrobe and did not seem very clean
• Cheray (3/5): It served the purpose of a roof over our heads, but I wouldn't stay there again. - Convenient location and a restaurant on site which had amazing food. The checking-in process was a bit of a hassel. The bed blankets were dirty, and there was alot of mould on the window sill and curtains. The TV couldn't get a majority of free to air channels, and the damaged power point in the kitchen is a safety hazard and needs immediate attention.

• Warwick (5/5): This apartment was old and strangely furnished. Not suitable for a senior couple and most uncomfortable on a hot day. - Location. Fridge. Bed and sheets. Cupboard space. No teabags or milk. Very hot. Air conditioner weak. TV remote not working. Had to request hairdryer. Cracked windows. Murky glass in windows making park view difficult. Instructions to climb up and put plastic bag over smoke detector if cooking. We are seniors! Shower over bath. Old couch with worn cover.

• Graham (8/5): Sydney CBD family food and sightseeing stay. - Perfect location in the midst of the CBD, handy to everything and awesome views of Hyde Park, perfect location for everything we wanted to see, eat and do. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children and were also able to bring our small well behaved dog which isn't always easy to find pet friendly accommodation in the heart of the city, pretty close to the light rail and even closer to the standard rail( museum station), walking distance to China town, darling Harbour, Centrepoint tower, shopping malls, high end designer jewelry and watches, endless cafe's, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and everything else the greater city of Sydney has to offer. We liked everything about our stay from the easy friendly check in to the car friendly parking garage that doesn't have weird angles and humps that some others have that try to remove my front bumper bar(I have a low hsv) to the close proximity to just about everything you could possibly want and pet friendly. nothing not to like.

• Prasad (4/5): I will not book my hotel though booking.com - Location was good. But room wasn’t good. Very bad smell, it’s wasn’t clean enough. Towel was smelling not washed properly. Kitchen didn’t have proper staff to use it. Popular location didn’t except this type of hotel. Room, kitchen staff, bathroom didn’t have shampoo, conditioner or not enough toilet paper.

• Maricar (8/5): Great location. - Location was great. Very central. Room was good for the price. The pool, hot tub and gym were hit with our kids. Our host did warn us about the noisy aircon at check-in which was a good heads up. I didn't like that a lot of the stuff in the room was old. E.g the vacuum and fan didn't really work. Also the kettle was black inside!

• Ali (3/5): Not what I booked... the worst....terrible rip off - The location is good but that is where it ends...I was offered a late checkout but on the condition I gave a 10 star rating... we have given a 3 star rating for the location alone. shame about the apartment... everything done in the cheap. Firstly I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and received a studio apartment...Dirty dusty walls... dirty floor...dirty curtains ... like they had not be cleaned in years..Picture hung in bathroom to cover water damage moldy wall.. extremely noisy air-conditioning and even when you turned off the air conditioner a noisy compressor went off every 2 minutes for about 1 hour. The pedestal fan provided was just as noisy. Dishes in cupboard were dirty....floor lamp wiring exposed and therefore dangerous. Do not book here
• Russell (8/5): getaway break - bed was comfortable, bathroom clean studio was suitable for a weekend away . pool and spa was great. the air con was noisy, also made banging noises, didn't use? pool & spa should maybe stay open till 11pm as alot of people come and couldn't get in as it was closing. people are out for dinner and being tourist attractions around Sydney and like us got back at 9pm and you want t9 unwind but there's not enough time. that was a bummer?
• Joanne (8/5): Great location - Location is great and easy to access to different key tourist spots and the train station. Host of this property is helpful, nice and responsive. She offered us flexibility in checking out. I expected I rent a hotel as the property is in a hotel but it's actually like a BnB apartment. I have to buy daily necessities ourselves when it runs out. I might have missed the details when I made the booking. The beds are not too comfortable. More quilts are need for having 3 persons living in

• Claudia611 (2/5): Very poor - Good location There was dirt and mould built up on the window ledges, dust behind the furniture, mould built up on the bathroom grout, the dining table and chairs where inconvenient, uncomfortable and quite low to the ground, the base for the double bed had holes in it which could have been covered up with a bed skirt to make it look more appealing. Only the bare minimum was supplied, 1 pillow each, 1 bar of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper. The towel situation was adequate although I would suggest having some spares stored in the cupboard for anyone who wants to use to pool facilities. No tissues, and coffee/tea and milk was not provided. I understand that it’s up to the discretion of the owner on whether they want to supply these things, but it would have made the apartment a bit more appealing and comfortable to stay in if they were. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, especially if they have allergies to mould and dust like myself. Or disabilities like myself and the members of my group. The owner also warned us against making toast because it sets the smoke detector off. I would suggest getting a better quality toaster if it’s creating enough smoke to set a detector off and ensure that the exhaust fans are up to standard. Also we were not provided with any welcome information and rules other than what the owner told us verbally which wasn’t much except “take the rubbish out, wash the dishes and leave the keys behind when we check out”

• Jacqueline (8/5): Very good - i enjoyed walking through the park every morning especially because the weather's been very pleasant. i walked to Paddy's market and other shopping centers nearby. I also walked down to Circular Quay and the Opera, unfortunately there was nothing very new on and my favourite cinema was closed for works... The girls at reception desk were very helpful. I could use my MacBook air because they helped me. I didn't like the taxi driver who took me back to the airport and charged me 155$ extra because he had to wait for 15 minutes ! I made him wait because I had diarrhea and I had some cleaning to do, but I couldn't tell him...
• Horacio (3/5): Sydney is a beautiful city. It pays a visit ! - Mrs. Inna is a lovely person. Extremely charming, warm, friendly, cordial and with a great sense of the hospitality. Her sense of urgence is also a must for her. She did all her best to turn our journey as much confortable as possible. This is to be highly praised. The building position is fantastic. From our apartment we also enjoyed a terrific park view. The apartment conditions are miserable. Generally speaking, the overall apartment maintenance is very weak. The furniture is old and worn, sometimes in terrible shape. The Kitchen furniture shoud be replaced. The TV is too small and from 307 available channels, only 23 can be watched (most of them just in the evening). No Internet TV, just old cable TV. The Air Conditioner equipment is extremely old and noisy. The vibration noise makes sleeping almost impossible. The temperature regulator is not working. Besides, the AA wood cover is old and lose. The kitchenware and the household appliance are old or damaged (like the sandwich maker). Besides, there are no cooking pots for the microwave oven. The bathroom is very old and with a high lack of maintenance. There is a disgusting wood panel covering the wall above the WC. The mirror is also very old and in bad shape The windows are very dirty, specially from the outside. The walls are dirty too. The suction filters need to be cleaned (full of dust) One of the kitchen cooktop is damaged and the knob is broken (this was temporary repaired). The bedware and the couch cover are old and with holes. Besides the bedsheets were never changed during our 9 nights stay. The apartment main access aisle, on the 6th. floor, needs maintenance, mainly paint.

• Richard (4/5): This apartment falls well short if you happen to arrive in one of Sydney's warm spells. - Location was fantastic. The main issue with this property is the excessive noise associated with the two types of ventilation and/or cooling required for warm Sydney nights. My preference is for natural ventilation and cooling, but this is not possible at night because of the amplified noise from the busy city street below which can include: trucks; buses; hoons in their cars, or on their motor bikes; sirens; and all sorts of street people carousing at all hours of the night. So, you must close all windows, and then try the air conditioning. Big mistake! It is even louder than the street noise: the cacophony emanating from it is akin to having a mini industrial plant inside your apartment. It is is totally decrepit and probably should have been decommisioned years ago. After two sleepless nights, I finally found the only possible solution was to close everything, and leave the air conditioner off, and hope you last through the night without expiring from the heat.
