• Ray (8/5): Fantastic location. - The bathroom smells the shower needs the mold remove, the carpets are dirty, the kitchen sink needs a good scrub. The windows need to be double glazed as there is a train line straight behind the unit, no sleep after 5am. The batteries on the garage door need to ne replaced.

• Chand (4/5): Location and parking were very good however customer service was not good at all. - Location Booking was for bed plus a sofa bed but was told 12 hours before check-in sofa-bed not included - which they later fixed. Sofa-bed was uncomfortable and the duvet/doonah had stains We had to collect keys from a convenience store few streets away while the Managers office was right there on the mez floor and was open! Not good service when new to the city and having to figure out key collection.
• Takfulu (8/5): - Its a Great facility. Very clean and comfortable and centrally located to public amenities. Most staff were very pleasant and helpful There appeared to be some confusion regarding the location of the keys after hours, and the updated information was only communicated on the afternoon of check-in, at a time when guests were in transit and had limited access to reliable inflight Wi-Fi. Upon following up, the response received was somewhat lacking in acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Additionally, while the booking was for two adults and a child, it would have been greatly appreciated if a third fold-up bed had been made available for the child to ensure greater comfort during the stay.

Day 1 - plug on bathroom sick jammed and had to be fixed. Was fixed within a couple of hours Hot Plate did not work and this was one of the main reasons staying. Dryer - although worked it was difficult

The cleanliness of the apartment did not meet expectorations. The bathroom had a smell and had been used prior to our arrival. The bedding also wasn't fresh.

• Ming (3/5): An extremely unpleasant and unclean experience. - GOOD: - The location was excellent. - Secure parking space. - The bed was clean, which was the only comfortable aspect of the apartment. BAD: I strongly advise not to book this listing if accommodation quality is a priority to you, because: - DIRTY condition in general. You could notice the filthiness as soon as you step into the apartment. - DIRTY rug flooring. It appeared to have been neglected for a long time, with visible hair, dust, and leaves. This was the worst feature of the apartment. - DIRTY shower. There was mold and insects in the corners, and stains on the floor. Nothing but disgusting. - DIRTY kitchen supplies. Even the mugs did not look clean enough for use. - Most of the equipment and amenities were of very low quality. - The air conditioning was ineffective, barely producing any cool air. - The sofa was terrible. It was covered with a dirty sheet, felt unstable, and made noise when sat on. It was not a comfortable place to relax. - My stay in this apartment was mentally exhausting. - The lack of care in the setup and maintenance of this place made me feel unwelcome. - This apartment is not a place where you can comfortably relax after a long day of travel. - I will avoid this listing in the future.

• Ali (10/5): Great Stay - fantastic location to shopping centres, university, public transport and a short trip by car, bus or train to city. The apartment was fully equipped and very new and comfortable.
• Susan (8/5): Prefect for what I needed and I’ll definitely look to book again. - Location was perfect for me. Directly across the road from a shopping center with a choice of supermarkets. And plenty of cafes, takeaways and restaurants if I didn’t feel like cooking. Choice of train, bus or ferry all within easy walking distance. Apartment itself had just about everything I needed for a week long stay. The instructions concerning parking were confusing. I never did get them worked out. But I still had undercover parking every night. The quality of the cutlery and crockery could have been better. There were chips in some things Couldn’t really recommend it to anyone looking to stay for a special weekend away, because of things like that.

• Roger (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Cassa Toowong & would probably stay there again in the future. - Excellent location - close to amenities & transport links. Secure, private parking with designated spaces. Comfortable space with facilities that suited our needs. Provision of a washer/dryer was essential for our length of stay. For various reasons the collecting of the keys from a lock box in the city was not as straight forward as we would of liked. Although we got used to it, the close proximity to the railway line & local bar, meant there was quite a bit of noise at times. The cleanliness was more than satisfactory, BUT the stains on the carpet as you entered the apartment did not make a very good first impression!

• Andersen (6/5): It was expensive for what it was. I would not stay again. - -The location was very convenient. Two of us were attending for different reasons, I had a hospital stay at the Wesley and my partner was in Brisbane for work. -It was close enough to The Wesley (10 minute walk) but across the road from toowong shopping centre. -Admittedly the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. -The apartment was really well laid out. -Undercover secure parking -It was not a clean apartment. It was tidy, but dirty. - There is mould in the shower, and black mould under the rim of the toilet. - The drains throughout the whole apartment smelt, and this was obviously a known issue as there was drain cleaner on the bathroom floor. - The couch was probably one of the most uncomfortable things I have sat on, which was frustrating post surgery. - Then lots of little things that made it not really homely, such as no lamp anywhere in the apartment. - We were only provided with one key to get in, which made it difficult for one of us when heading in different directions for the day. - The apartment was advertised as having toiletries included. I expected this to include a dispenser of some description (based on staying at previous places at the same price point and toiletries included), but it only included mini's. I also did not receive one of each, I received 2 mini shower gel and 1 conditioner. That was all. Part of the reason we wanted included toiletries and I would expect enough at this price point is to minimise what I needed to bring as a result of the hospital stay. -Parking was great, but also city parking is tight spaces.
