• Mary (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great Kitchen was unequipped for any sort of cooking. Bed fell apart from just sitting on it.

• ROSS (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Melbourne city - Great location - around the corner from Chinatown restaurants; a block away from main Melbourne city shops. Apartment is very clean and well equipped. It is quiet, despite being in the city. Highly recommended

• Karina (8/5): Home-base for a family trip - Great location, with easy access to the tram and landmarks like the Melbourne Mueseum and Sea Life within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat nearby and having a carpark available was a huge bonus. The apartment was clean and tidy and was perfect for our family of three. Jake was very friendly when we rang to double check instructions for getting around the building. The process to get into the building is a little convoluted, but the instructions provided were very helpful. Once you've got it figured out, it's fine!

• J (8/5): Friendly host. Great location with all types of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. - The location was the key drawing factor. Instruction to collect the key was very clear. Wifi was fast. The place was one of the very clean places I've stayed over the last 12 months or so. The good location also came with a downside - street noise at night was an issue for me but family members were fine. I'm a very light sleeper.

Cleanliness was below standard and the apartment was seriously lacking in maintenance standards. Too many missing and broken items to mention here; however the Host was responsive and appreciated the feedback provided indicating they would attend to the issues after our stay.

• Alexander (5/5): Passable - Good location in CBD The apartment didn't feel like it was fully cleaned before we arrived. There were small broken things throughout the apartment like the window lock in one of the rooms, the hook for the blind chain in one of the bedrooms and other small things. The beds were creaky and one of the beds didn't have a quilt cover provided. There was no knife in the kitchen either and no bin lid so any rubbish you put in the bin could start to smell out the kitchen.

• Hayley (8/5): Great location to get to Melbourne attractions - Great location, close to free trams and restaurants. Next door to Her Majesty’s Theatre if your going to Melbourne to see a show. Was easy to get to local attractions (zoo, aquarium, museum) without too much fuss. Great having the pool on sight too. We did find it a little noisy at night for sleeping but we are light sleepers.

• Tuija (10/5): An ideal place to stay in Melbourne. - This lovely apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. There were 2 large couches, so plenty of seating for the 4 of us. We also loved the pool, spa & sauna. A great place to stay. NA
• Vivek (5/5): Decent apartment, has potential to be great - Great Location and everything in the CBD was in walking distance. Comfortable apartment Very responsive host and provided detailed instructions for everything Getting in and out of the building takes atleast 15 mins if you are using the car park. You need to use 2 different lifts and then walk down a flight of stairs to underground parking level 7. Then drive up 7 levels (with 2 sub levels each) to come to the street level. You have to bear that in mind if you plan to reach your shows/events on time. This also gets problematic especially if you are carrying a lot of luggage. The property has air-conditioning, but only in the common area. The bedrooms got really hot on some days. The bed of the master bedroom creaks a lot and needs repairing. Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, hand wash, body wash were all either finished or close to being finished during our stay. Although the host and their agent was very responsive and restocked the items I requested for immediately. However I would have expected this to be done before the guests arrive instead of having to ask for it . I ended up buying some of it myself.

• Rachel (10/5): Spacious city apartment - Beautiful apartment in a great location. Was very spacious and clean. Had everything we could need. Beautiful layed out and very modern. Super handy to have extras like the washing machine and dishwasher. Very impressed! Give yourself some time to work through the check instructions. It's a bit of a maize to get to the apartment, but very detailed instructions are given and Amy was great at responding/very helpful. Squeaky bathroom door woke everyone up when used at night. A bit of CRC would do the trick!

Parking included The 'Cluedo' like directions to get key and the entrance to the room. The sliding door to balcony needs attention, the lock doesn't line up, and the window lock in the main bedroom was broken also

Not being able to get in to the lock box straight away (thank you Amy for calling us back after mid night and again on Sunday when we couldn’t access it! Such a relief!). Cleanliness of bedding and enormous dust bunnies under beds. Every door & bed squeaks.
