• Josje (6/5): Fijne centrale ligging, dichtbij Duomo, maar wel bij lawaaierig restaurant. - Vlucht was vertraagd. Hierdoor stonden we om 02h00 voor het appartement. Helaas kregen we de deur niet open. We zijn toen op zoek gegaan naar een hotelkamer = extra kosten van 260€. De volgende dag weer gemeld aan de verhuurder. Geen contact. Het inloggen via de app lukte toen wel. 2 dagen later kregen we pas reactie, maar werd er niet ingegaan op de casus. Verder grenst het appartement aan een binnenplaats. Op de begane grond is een keuken gevestigd waar de ramen en deuren van openstaan. Hierdoor is er behoorlijk wat geur en vooral ook lawaai t/m middernacht van het legen van afvalbakken tot borden/glazen die kapot vallen en gesprekken van gasten en personeel.
• peter (9/5): great place, location and the owner(s) were great - code and all was provided however- i did not know i had to have the app or booking.com open to enter the code and access entry- bit hard to get all that on phone while overseas from original country. But the process of touching base with owner(s) were great

• Gulzhan (9/5): In general I would recommend it, the size of the apartment and location win. - The Apartment is quite spacious for 3 people. It’s was very clean and location is great, a lot of shops around and a great pizzeria next door. The check in instructions were easy to follow. Elevator in the building was a very nice bonus to our stay. A kettle was missing in the kitchen, I reported it to the hosts the same night when we arrived, but it was delivered only the last day of our stay, that was a little frustrating. A couple of hangers in the bathroom would be also great. The noise cancellation is quite poor, especially from the side of inner yard.

• Roberto (8/5): L’appartamento è in una zona se centralissima che gli si perdona tutto. - Appartamento bello, spazioso e ben arredato. Materasso molto comodo. Il check-in solo dalle 15 in poi, sono arrivato alle 12 e per 3 ore in giro con le valige… L’aria condizionata rumorosa e sporca con la grata piena di polvere, immagino che i filtri interni non siano puliti da anni e carichi di polvere sono pericolosi per la salute. I cuscini altissimi e duri. Mi sono accorto mentre facevo il checkout che l’altra stanza aveva un cuscino morbido, ma ero in partenza. Non c’è il copri materasso, il lenzuolo é a contatto con il materasso e non lo trovo igienico.

• Hemang (6/5): Good location but some things can be improved. - The apartment is located in very good location only few minutes walk away from Duomo and shopping area. It was easy to find apartment and it is pretty big for 2 people. The apartment was bit dusty. There were issues with hot water and limited supply. Also couple of times there was electricity issues. Last thing in bathroom was not equipped to keep important things like shower gel, towels etc. In bedroom there were bulb which was just flickering and not working properly.

• Al Waleed (9/5): - -The apartment is spacious and it has everything you need. -The check-in process is smooth and easy to get in touch with them. -The location is great, few minutes walk to Dumo and metro station. -The apartment is infront of Primark and nearby Carefour and restaurants. -The check-out time is at 10:00am (so you need to plan accordingly). -The elevator is tiny but takes the luggage (might need to take them in batches).

• Bruscantini Jornal (7/5): No repetiríamos estancia en el apartamento - La ubicación cerca del Duomo. El apartamento está OK, nada lujoso ni exclusivo por el precio que pagas. Nada destacable. El check-in es a las 15.00 y el check-out a las 10.00. Para entrar es muy complicado. La mampara de la ducha está rota y la pica del baño se emboza. El cojín de la habitación de invitados es muy incomodo. Para dejar la maleta, te sugieren una ubicación en la estación central, muy lejos de donde está el apartamento. Por el precio que pagamos por una noche, estos detalles deberían cuidarlos.

• Savino (8/5): nice place to stay, a bit overpriced and pretty plain the inside. - bed too short, I'm 5'11" and my feet were sticking out. No lawdery soap for guests. door for the appartament difficult to open.
• Michael Burstein (8/5): - The location was great and the facilities were lovely. The check in instructions asked us to call a number when we arrived. However, there was no response despite us trying multiple times. We had to get let into the property through a restaurant connected to it, and then we could use the lockbox code provided. This was pretty stressful late at night after flying in from overseas, so the check in process was subpar compared to everything else.
• Nathalie (8/5): Great location, nice spacious apartment. - The location was great and the apartment was spacious, clean, two bedrooms, spacious bathroom. There was an elevator and it was a quiet area. The pillows were too hard and so was difficult to sleep on. Please provide softer pillows.

• Brilhante (10/5): Exceptional - Despite a small setback at the beginning, the hotel was efficient in resolving the issue. The staff was always willing to provide information about anything we needed. The location is excellent, close to the city's main tourist attractions. There are supermarkets and various shops just minutes away, making everything very convenient.

Good wifi connection Useful kitchen items missing like tea towels, oven gloves and a knife set. Not enough cups. Washing up pack provided insufficient for length of stay. Shower door ill-fitting.
