- Michelle (10/5): Absolutely amazing and so relaxing - Looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment was overall gorgeous, the bed was comfy and it felt like a home away from home! We had a private rooftop hot tub which was absolutely amazing. My partner and I stayed for 8 nights at such a brilliant price. Would definitely stay again if we came back. Only issues I had were with the view and check in. We paid extra for a sea view. Although the sea was in view, it was only on the right corner so we couldn’t see it very well unless we went to the end of the balcony. Also. Check in was a massive pain. I booked through booking.com and when I got to reception, they never had my booking. They told me I needed to go to a corner shop to collect my keys. So off we went to the shop. But we couldn’t get our keys due to the fact we never had a code for the keys and we hadn’t even checked in yet! Then we got sent back down the road to a holiday centre. They then sent us even further down the road, literally right opposite the hotel reception to the local agent who actually had our booking. Even they said that the hotel reception are like this and usually tell people the wrong place to go. It took us around 30 mins to actually find the right place to check in so just be wary if you book through 3rd party. Aside from that, we were well taken of, the room was ready an hour early and they kept our bags whilst we waited and had a walk around.
- Renee (7/5): Great spot, great facilities, everything perfect apart from unfortunately not the best sleep. - The location, pool, hot tub and facilities. The bed was quite uncomfortable and moved about which made for a lot of sleeplessness for my husband and I. I would recommend swapping for a stable bed not on wheels. The blind in the bedroom not sufficient. The light is right outside the glass bricks and makes it difficult to make the room dark at night.

- Taber (8/5): - Walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Nice apartment. Staff were really nice and polite. Stairs up to the roof top weren't very stable.
- Diane (1/5): - There was nothing at this unit I liked. I spent less than 10 minutes and left because. 1. It was Filthy. I have photos of black mold on the walls and thick coating of dust and grime on surfaces. The griller was littered with burnt foodscrapes. Disgusting. 2. It was advertised as Beachfront, oh no, it wasn't Beachfront. The only window in the place looked out to properties across the street. No Seaview, that is false advertising. I've tried to contact the owner, local agent, and booking.com to discuss my concerns about the disgusting state of the unit. I haven't heard from anybody. Booking.com is impossible to get an email address or phone number to arrange a refund. My only alternative is to contact the health authorities,tourism authorities, social media, and mainstream Australian news. I expect your help by return email, please. Diane Lorrigan. - Joelle (10/5): Excellent stay - It was well located, walked everywhere. Nothing that I didn't like was great. Only thing when we picked keys up on Saturday we had trouble getting them out of box. Had to contact real estate with their after hours number. That was the only downside.

We enjoyed the lovely water views from the balcony & the upstairs spa area is p - Property was tastefully decorated, modern & very comfortable….lots of lovely touches like extra cushions on outdoor chairs, decorations & the upstairs lounge & spa area was fantastic. We also loved the pool which was warm & spacious with great views. From the property you can walk to everything…fantastic location. The property doesn’t have a dishwasher & we had trouble with the fridge freezing our meat & fruit. Also a bread knife would have been useful…..but these are minor things.
