• Donna (10/5): Comfortable, great value apartment in Adelaide CBD - The apartment was great value for money - comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and an IGA next door was handy for supplies. We also enjoyed the great views of the city from our 19th floor apartment. It was only a five minute walk to Chinatown restaurants and the Adelaide markets - a little further to the CBD, but for those who don’t want the 15 minute walk, the city loop buses are free with a bus stop located close by. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond when there was a minor issue with the hot water and to our request for an extra blanket. Highly recommended. -

It has a nice swimming pool and there is a gym (not the best). Our stay would be better when they gave us two more towels.

It would have made our stay perfect if there was a bathmat, a few more bowls, plates and glasses, a vege peeler, more than one tea towel and different bedding - a top sheet not just a duvet for those of us who feel too warm easily unlike our partners!

• Margaret (9/5): Lovely Unit - Lovely unit 1903 on the 19th floor. Good central location in CBD, plenty of eateries and ease to attractions, quite quiet considering number of residents. Comfortable bed, very clean, lovely unit. Loved the Xmas tree and swans on the bed made with the towels. On arrival after checkin time, someone connected with managing the unit was parked in our allocated parking spot and I had to ring twice to have the car moved.

IGA down stairs and Cafe such a tick of approval and the people we met in the lift were so friendly. It’s not on the Top Floor as advertised. The bed needs a fitted sheet not a flat sheet, flat sheets become tangled during the night. Pillows were ordinary, memory pillow would have been great. New puffy cushions on the couch would be more comfy. All in all a good stay.

Generally Quiet and everything worked. Beds were comfortable Presence of Washer and dryer in apartment was great The presence of various condiments like tomato sauce, salt, oyster sauce and cooking oil were great touch… even a cook book with different recipes ! Walkable to Central market and Adelaide convention centre and Torrens River bank IGA grocery shop just below. Swimming pool and gym in house for use Bit of street noise in the early hours of the morning, due to cleaning and maintenance crew on the street. About 10 mins walk to trams and J1/2 buses esp with luggage — but flat walkable ground Would have loved some additional pots and pans for cooking.

The sauna, steam room and indoor heated pool were a bonus. The agent was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Although the 180 degree view was unobstructed all the way to the horizon there wasn’t much of interest to look at.

Hosts would not consider a cancellation just under four weeks from arrival. They insisted a full cancellation fee would be charged. We think this is unfair as there was ample time to re-list and try for another booking and charge a small processing fee. We did book the no cancellation option, as our dates were set, but more people decided to come on the trip, so we needed a larger place. Otherwise the apartment is well appointed and located.

From the very beginning, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our check-in and stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view of the sunset and the city skyline that we enjoyed every evening from the balcony of our apartment. It was such a treat to be able to take in the beautiful sights and sounds of Adelaide while relaxing with a meal or a drink on the balcony. Another great feature of this service apartment was the fact that it had a gym and swimming pool in the building. We loved being able to take advantage of these amenities during our stay, and it really added to the overall experience. Speaking of meals, we also enjoyed cooking in the apartment's kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. This was especially handy for our young child, as we could easily cook for him while also enjoying takeout meals from some of the amazing local restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay at this service apartment was simply fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to China Town and the CBD, as well as the nearby Torrens River, park, and playground. And with amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and kitchen, we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, convenient, and memorable.
