• Sussex_ (7/5): Great location, but a few minor issues. - The location is great, right in the heart of Dublin a few minutes walk to shops, bars, restaurants of sight seeing. It's on a main high street but when you are in the apartment itself you would have no idea as it's tucked away, which was good for us. The apartment is a great size, plenty of space to host several people, it was very clean and if the few issues were resolved would be perfect. Nice dining area and pull out sofa, each room was big enough to host a few people and an adequate sized kitchen. It took us quite a while to find the keys and get into the property, the first key is in a lock safe on the floor tied to a lamp post, (not the cleanest) and it looked like a dog has urinated on the box! The second is then indoors. We also thought that there needed to be more than one key, especially when here could be a total of 6 people staying! On two nights some of us decided to go back early and then had to sit up for hours waiting for our friends to return or they couldn't get in! We had four of us staying and there were also only 3 towels left, so we had to ask for more, the hot water also didn't work on the first night or the next day, but the host sent out a plumber while we were out which resolved the issues. But we had to have 2 cold showers! This was quite annoying as we just wanted to enjoy the holiday and I spent several hours having to message back and forth with the host / owner. It seems as if this is a fairly new listed apartment and there was no personal touches, would have been nice to have someone show us round and how everything worked or at least a write up / poster somewhere. Sadly without this we couldn't find any bedding for my friend and he had to sleep under a towel on the first night! There also was limited space to put your personal items in the rooms, we were four guys but had we had taken partners there was no dressing table or anywhere to put your, makeup, deodorant, aftershave, hair products etc, there is also no towel rail in the main bathroom so we had to balance it on the sink. We were sent pictures / instructions for how to enter the property but they were very pixilated so you couldn't easily make out what was written. The apartment would not meet health and safety / fire safety regs as there didn't appear to be a working fire alarm, or any information on what to do in an emergency, no emergency signage etc.
• Samantha (6/5): Very expensive accommodation, dearest in whole European trip we booked. Limited basic supplies provided which was a basi - Location - Very late to receive check in details. Not clearly explained, particularly the location of the key box or returning keys. 5 guests staying, only 2 bath towels provided and no bed linen for the sofa bed. Contacted owner and asked for more towels, responded and blamed cleaners and did nothing about it.
• rosa (1/5): Experiencia terrible - Nada Un absoluto desastre. La propiedad no se pone en contacto contigo previamente,con lo cual nos encontramos en Dublin 4 personas sin saber si podemos acceder a la vivienda o no. No responde a los correos y el teléfono no corresponde a ningún usuario. Nuestra solución fue llamar a booking para que nos realojaran puesto que ellos tampoco podían contactar con el dueño.. En el último momento a las 15.15 ( la hora de entrada era las 15) me envía el dueño un waps con las instrucciones de entrada. Como resultado ( además de todas la mañana en la ciudad pendiente de este tema) nos encontramos dentro de la propiedad con la reserva anulada por booking. La solución que nos plantean es hacer un nuevo pago directamente al propietario ,este nuevo pago son 50€ más de lo pagado a booking. En fin, absolutamente demencial. Sin comentarios sobre algunas carencias del apartamento y cero información sobre los pasos a seguir sobre wifi,basura etc. Por supuesto tampoco ninguna facilidad para dejar las maletas ni la información de q en la puerta de al lado hay una consigna( previo pago de 40€ por las 4 maletas,tanto a la entrada como a la salida) Para rematar el último día y 2horas antes de la salida nos quedamos sin luz,según el dueño averia en la zona. En las escaleras y el portal no había ningún problema. Reservo muy a menudo apartamentos por Europa a través de booking, nunca me había encontrado este grado de "pasotismo" hacia el cliente.

• Marina (1/5): Decepcionante e impresentable - Absolutamente nada Intenté contactar 4 veces antes de llegar a Dublin con el anfitrión para saber como nos entregaría las llaves y jamas me contestó. Media hora antes de hacer el check in (acabábamos de aterrizas en Dublin) me envía un mensaje indicándome que han habido problemas en el alojamiento y que nos cancelan la reserva. Total, nos vemos 5 persona en Dublin con las maletas, el transfer contratado y sin lugar para dormir. Tuvimos que reservar otro apartamento corriendo, lejos del centro y pagando 700€ más. El anfitrión no nos dio ninguna opción de realojamiento ni compensación económica. Sinceramente, creo que este anuncio es una estafa.

• ellen (8/5): - Location was great and overall a very comfortable stay. Apt is very updated. Issues we had:Having only one key fob is not convenient for a group. Only one person has access to the front door. Floors were not clean upon arrival , hair dryer missing and towels left on bed were damp. Besides those issues, the host addressed them immediately and sent a cleaning crew over. There is an issue with the main door bolt and several times we were locked in and had to use a knife to unlock.
• janette (6/5): Great location and comfortable beds but poorly managed and take your own towels for a shower! - Great location and comfortable beds The accommodation is not very well managed. We asked for arrival details and received no reply despite sending various messages on booking.com and WhatsApp to the number provided on Booking.con. We even phoned customer services at Booking.com who were also unable to get a response. Not the best start to a holiday! We finally received a message post check-in at 15.11 . Communication is the key and I wonder why they don’t just make it clear at the outset that arrival details will not be sent until post checkin time or just respond to messages. We were told by the manager that the phone number provided on the booking.com website is incorrect. They provided the correct one post check-in - not helpful. The provisioning in the apartment is poor ; only hand towels are provided which makes drying off after a shower challenging. No tea towels in kitchen - we were told at checkout to use paper towels (not very environmentally friendly really!). The cupboards were empty …no basic stuff such as complimentary coffee/sugar etc . There are no instructions at all for use of apartment or checkout or disposal of rubbish . These are such easy things to rectify and I wonder why they don’t just put in a little more effort.
• Cathal (10/5): Great location, would recommend! - Our stay at the apartment was great. You couldnt ask for a better location or exploring Dublin City Centre. Within walking distance of the main busy bar & restaurant area. Even though it was in a busy area of the city, it was so quiet in the apartment, we couldnt hear any street noise. I would 100% recommend people to stay here. Steven was super responsive with all of our questions too! Nothing!
• Mark (9/5): Great Central Dublin location- get check in information well in advance of your arrival - Great location in Dublin City centre! Walking distance to multiple pubs within 2-3 blocks. Check-in. No instructions sent in advance- waited until 3p check-in time to contact me. Hard to contact the manager.

• Yvonne (7/5): It was good but has potential to be better. - The location was excellent. The host was very responsive, flexible & helpful. Gaining access was easy &straightforward. There was no shower/ bath towels. The accommodation was basic. The fireplace was not operational. The heating was intermittent & difficult to operate. The building hallway was noisy at night time. There should be operational instructions provided for guests on arrival, including heating, wifi access etc.
• Patricia (9/5): Great comfortable apartment in middle of Dublin - really good value too! - Was very clean lots of towels for our group of 5 comfortable mattress great facilities for weekend stay and obviously the location right in the middle of Dublin but quiet at night. Small issue with locks but host quick to contact and offer solution.
