• Nataliia (4/5): - Персонал, +детская кроватка, + особый запрос микроволновка, расположение. Грязно. Везде волосы: в холодильнике, в умывальнике, на чистой постели, на полу. Разводы от грязной тряпки на зеркалах. Остатки еды на посуде от предыдущих жильцов. Огромный минус это сломанный полностью диван, спать было невозможно. Именно по этой причине мы уехали на день раньше, несмотря на то, что заплатили на дольше.

• Ihor (2/5): Leaves much to be desired, I do not recommend! - NOTHING Nothing was good except for the location. The apartment was dirty, the entrance passage was terrible, the building entrance looked scary, the lights in the stairwell didn't always work at night, and there was no hot water for 2 out of 3 days. Very dirty. It's not worth the money.

• Nikola (9/5): - Paa prostor je dobar to jedino Sam dolazak da dodjem do kljuca i do smestaja trebalo mi je pola sata da niko ne saceka da ti da kljuc ovo mi se nikad nije desilo cekam kod od kljuca 20 minutaa u apartmanu ormar sa peskirima i posteljinom zakljucan ostavljena dva peskira na 4 ljudi aa o udobnosti kreveta necu ni da govorim….
• Fantozzi (10/5): Carino l'appartamento, bagno 🫥 - Stanza ben attrezzata e curata, molto pulita e comoda. abbastanza spaziosa per 3 persone. terrazzo molto spazioso e comodo. La doccia era senza protezioni di conseguenza il bagno si bagnava tutto appena una persona faceva la doccia. Inoltre il lavandino era minuscolo e non c'era lo specchio.

• Иван (1/5): Ужасная квартира!!!! - Чистое постельное бельё и полотенца! В квартире было грязно: грязная посуда, всего несколько тарелок, посуды не хватает. Парковки нет, только платная синяя зона максимум на 4 часа — потом машину негде ставить. Горячей воды нет, невозможно было даже искупать ребёнка. В ванной плесень, неприятный запах. Хозяин не выходит на связь ( по телефону) , отвечает только на английском в ват сап . Ключ просто оставляют в сейфе у двери — никакого личного контакта. Мы оплатили проживание на 3 ночи, но смогли остаться только одну, потому что находиться там было невозможно. Были вынуждены срочно искать другое жильё и тратить дополнительные деньги. Хозяин пообещал вернуть деньги, но обманул, затягивает время и вводит в заблуждение, заставляя нас менять даты бронирования. Booking подтвердил, что такие действия не приведут к возврату. Мы уже обратились в службу поддержки Booking и надеемся, что они помогут вернуть деньги и примут меры в отношении этого объекта.

• Adriana (2/5): Disappointing experience - Nothing The experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment has almost nothing in common with the photos shown in the listing. Cleanliness was unacceptable: dirty walls, stained chairs, and a dirty table. Moreover, all the decorative elements that made the apartment look nice and welcoming in the pictures (flower vases, candles, etc.) were missing. The reality is far below expectations. I would not recommend this accommodation and I will definitely never return

• Anastasiia (4/5): Не рекомендую - Понравилось все.Было достаточно чисто и уютно Не понравилось то что нам не выслали код от ящика чтобы забрать ключи от номера.И мы целый час простояли под дверями в жарищу +42!Никому не могли ни дозвониться ни дописаться!С горем пополам мы добились этого кода и забрали ключи.Но собственнику нужно очень сильно поработать над сервисом
• Zdraveska (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent! The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly located. There were two air conditioners which made our stay very comfortable, especially during the hot days. We also had plenty of towels and all the necessary kitchen utilities, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

• Maria (8/5): I head a pleasant stay, nothing out of the ordinary. - Spacious and comfortable apartment. Included everything necessary for a short or a longer term stay. The shower area does not have an enclosure, as a result the entire bath floor gets wet. Bath ventilation is insufficient. Washing basin is very small.

• Maria (4/5): Disappointed - The apartment itself is lovely, and the location is fantastic, close to the center with plenty of cafes and other amenities nearby. The issue was with cleanliness and communication with the owner. I repeatedly sent photos showing areas that were dirty, uncleaned, and that the bedding hadn't been changed since the previous guests!!! Despite my numerous requests for someone to come and change the linens or provide extra bedding, I received no action. That's why I'm giving a low rating. Maybe you'll be luckier, and everything will be cleaned for you. But I recommend checking the pillows and bed linens for hair or stains from previous guests.

The location was ok, close to the centre The hosts started off by blackmailing me to provide personal identifiable information, refusing to provide the code to get the key, after I made non refundable payment. The apartment was very dirty, there was lots of hair in the kitchen sink. The mattress was uncomfortable. It's very over priced for what is offered.

• Nic (5/5): Don’t judge the book from its cover! - Sofa was the best thing in the apartment and oven-kitchen. Balcony is hidden and nice if you go on summer. Mattress bed was so uncomfortable. Back pain after the first night sleeping on those old and loose mattress with springs. It such as sleeping on military camp, I’m just 70kg, average weight and I was sleeping alone. Found hair on the bed, on the floor, and on the sofa of other people. (Woman hair, since I cannot drop king black hair). Half of the lamps were not working or flashing. No reasons. Shower was not working properly, and top side was unlinked to the sink because of tube was not isolating properly. I did myself to link top shower and sink. Mis-service. Shower has not shower deck/plate so be ready to dry the bathroom floor and avoid water going anywhere. Price was not under average price, almost hundred euro per night which I definitely won’t come back if in Sofia again. Apartment from pictures looks nice and refurbished but it’s just how it looks. Zero utility.
