• Nina (8/5): - Sehr geschmackvolle, helle und großzügige Wohnung mit Weitblick und Aufzug. Konnte früher ein- und später auschecken. Durch die Züge ist es ziemlich laut.

• Angelika (6/5): Стоит своих денег, чтобы переночевать, если не брать во внимание туристический сбор х2 - Понравилось то, что были угощения для гостей, вкусный кофе, печеньки, посуда на кухне. Приятная ванная комната. Постель мягкая, комфортная, в принципе, было достаточно много места для арендной на сутки квартиры. Приятной была парадная, и лифт тоже в плюс, потому что квартира находится высоко. Отмечу список мест, которые можно посетить и маршрут, как туда добраться, который ждал на столике. Если нет идей, что можно посмотреть, и как доехать - он сильно поможет Не понравилось то, что не было тапочек, либо покрытия на полу, и в мае, когда мы были, достаточно холодно и некомфортно ходить босиком по полу. Также только со второго раза, после того, как отдельно попросили владелицу помещения, нам был дан пульт от кондиционера. Хотя наличие кондиционера было одним из ключевых моментов при выборе квартиры. Стиль квартиры навязчив, но это дело вкуса - поклонникам арт-деко понравится, для обычных туристов можно было бы сделать что-то более нейтральное. Кроме того, нам не хватило радио или телевизора, чтобы добавить звуков вечером. Самый большой минус был в том, что необходимо было ждать владелицу квартиры с ключами, хоть мы и договаривались на оределенное время, нам пришлось прийти к дому, а потом еще некоторое время гулять вокруг по кварталам, пока не пришла владелица. Ключи в коробке у квартиры решили бы вопрос неудобства с заселением. Но такая система была устроена специально, чтобы точно взять туристическую оплату. Во-первых, не совсем гостеприимно такое недоверие. Во многих путешествиях нас просили оставить данную оплату и мы оставляли по выезду, тем более, что нужна была всегда мелочь. Второй момент, самый неприятный, что мы находились в квартире менее двадцати часов, а заплатить туристический сбор пришлось за ДВА дня. Вероятно, в случае, если бы мы провели три дня и гостили в разных квартирах, данной владелице нужно было бы дать оплату за три дня. И мы были бы не против заплатить такой сбор городу при въезде или выезде из города, но никак не в руки владелице. Она сдала квартиру на ночь, взяла с нас оплату за два дня - значительно больше, чем в других городах Европы (по 6,5 евро за каждый день) и со следующих туристов, которые заселились сразу после нас, тоже не меньше, чем за два дня. Впервые видела такую систему, и это было неприятное открытие. Кроме того, мои данные были на сайте, так как бронировали заранее и через сайт, а по приезду у нас обоих взяли документы и делали их фото, что тоже не понравилось

• Marek (9/5): - Ubytování splnilo naše očekávání. Bezproblémová komunikace s majitelem na převzetí klíčů od bytu. Docházková vzdálenost 20 min pěšky do stanice Centrále, 5 min busem přímo před ubytování. Pokoj čistý, vše bez problémů.

• Gisely (10/5): Great value! Cozy and beautiful apartment ❤️ - The apartment is beautiful and super cozy! Equipped with everything you might need. Not far from the metro. And the host is super sweet and professional, providing all the info in order to help us. The trains pass in front of the apartment and it starts early, if you are sensitive to that noise or want to sleep until late it could be an issue.

Hostess kind :) Property was really nice, however at the time we booked, works were in progress on an apartment in the same building and we had a lot of noise every day. We understand things like these may happen, but we were not informed about this which we think we should be.

Access to public transport was easy as there was a trolley station right next door and a metro station 5-7 minutes away. The hostess was so nice and kind. She left us in the apartment some useful information about the area and suggestions where we can eat etc. The kitchen was also fully equipped although we didn't use it and there were some biscuits, coffee and tea for us.

Located in the vibrant NoLo district, the apartment was a peaceful retreat and incredibly well-located, just a minute away from convenient metro and tram connections, making it a breeze to navigate the city. Just around the corner, Bar Rondo became my go-to spot for the perfect Aperol Spritz, served with a warm, local charm. The space was tastefully furnished, offering all the comforts one could wish for, very clean and the hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring my stay was nothing short of delightful. It was an authentic Milanese experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a taste of local life in this beautiful city. There wasn’t a single aspect of my stay that I could fault or I didn't like. It was an absolute delight from beginning to end.
