• Wei (3/5): It's obvious that staff doesn't care about the quality of your stay, they just want your money. - - Excellent location. The property was located in District 4, so nearby restaurants and shops had non-touristy prices. It was great getting the local experience. - Staff was quick to respond to my messages. - Laundry room was included in my apartment. - Security was always present at the apartment entrance. - 7-Eleven and other convenience stores are located on the first floor, so you don't need to walk far to buy a quick drink or everyday groceries. - There was a lack of communication on my payment method. This was the biggest issue with my stay. I was only told to pay in cash the day I arrived in HCMC, rather than the day I booked my stay (~2 weeks in advance). Withdrawing money from ATM's is expensive, so I brought physical cash with me prior to starting the trip. The payment constrained my cash budget, but I was lucky I had enough left to dine out, commute and visit attractions. - The rooms were unhygienic and contained health hazards. My first room had black mold due to condensation collecting underneath its AC unit, but staff just covered most of the mold with cheap plastic wrap and called it a day. They immediately moved me to a second room when I complained about the mold, but my second room smelled strongly of rust from the plumbing pipes, and there was a mildew smell coming from the AC unit. - There was a severe lack of guest amenities, and the amenities they did provide were low quality/unhygienic. My first room didn't have hand soap nor dish soap. Both rooms I stayed in did not have tissues nor paper towels. I had two rolls of toilet paper in my second room, but only one in the first. The fridge worked in the first room, but was broken in the second (staff told me to suck it up and deal with it despite me buying perishable food the night before). The shower soap bottles were covered in bacterial colonies because staff neglects to sanitize them, and I didn't have access to body wash in my second room. The towels I received in the first room smelled strongly of urine, and of sweat in the second room. Also, laundry detergent was provided in my second room, but not the first. - Both rooms had a German cockroach infestation.

Expect better. You pay for Wht you get for ricer side I seen clean and beautiful units in this building its a mix bucket with this rental UNITS. I would recommend u land and come visit the hotel personally before paying on booking!

By the day I checked in, they said my room is under construction for fixing something so I need to change to the 2 bed room for 1 day until they finish and I had to pay an extra 200vnd for this (not my fault at all) ??? But bc I am traveling so I dont wanna in trouble so I paid. By the next day, they asked me to move back to the 1 bedroom which I booked on booking.com, which just finished fixing I guessed. The room was horrible, the air conditioning was broken and leaking water on over the floor. The washing machine also leaking water when I openned it. Moreover, there was supper noise from the top of my room. I wished I can attached my videos here. The noises like Im living under the construction house. Someone fixing the room above mine and it started from 6:30 am. If you guys looking for a place for vacation - relaxing. Please do not choose this. Please read all the reviews carefully.

Broken bed, mold, broken lights, dirty dishes, dirty floor, still had the faceprint of a lady's makeup mashed into the headboard. Very basic furniture and styling.. not at all like the photos. Looks like a longterm rental that someone just moved out of and wasn't touched by the landlord. Even the aircons were very dirty.

• Conor (1/5): Worst stay of our 3 months travelling - Absolutely nothing - don’t stay here Unless you’re looking for the worst possible host who leaves you sitting outside in the sun getting burnt for 3 hours (despite telling them your arrival time via text, chat, WhatsApp and booking.com and them responding to all of these), I’d suggest finding another accommodation. When we called our host, they didn’t answer the phone nor did they respond to texts so we were sitting outside 7/11 not knowing if we would ever get the key. We paid for an extra night accommodation so we could check in early (7am) which the hosts agreed to and we have proof of them agreeing. It was well after 10am by the time we got into the apartment and even later by the time we had all the keys we would need to get into the building ourselves. The police banging on our door after midnight demanding to see our passports was also not the highlight of our stay. The apartment was not for sublet and the police didn’t speak English to tell us why they were at our room in the middle of the night. We booked this property as we saw it had a nice gym online. But our host never told us the gym is for long term residents ONLY. So we never got to use it. This should not be advertised on booking.com as it is extremely falsely promoting the apartment as having a gym for guests. The apartment lists having “cleaning products” and “kitchenware”. All it really has is a water bottle with some washing up liquid and a very old disgusting sponge and a dirty pot. We had to buy our own paper cups, spoons and bowls as there was extremely limited supplies inside. The apartment didn’t appear to have been fully cleaned before our arrival, floor was still dirty and spills in the kitchen were noticeable on the floor. We tried asking to check out early and the host still never responded to our MANY messages and complaints. We submitted a complaint to booking.com customer services. The host finally replied after booking.com contacted them. The host told us we should immediately check out.

You will get key cards and a WhatsApp group of 10 people having your key code for your room! The room was stinky, not cleaned (pee in toilet and basket with toilet paper). It was insanely loud and people from the other side look directly into your room. Bathroom was horrible. Sink almost broke apart when I used the water, cables from the walls. They know how to take good pictures but DO NOT BOOK ANY APPARTEMENT in Ho chi Minh. Check hotels and hostels, apartments are the biggest scam They will ask for your passport, PayPal and email via Whatsapp. Did not get a new room in the building I booked. I left two hours later, I would have rather slept on the street than this room

• Francisco (1/5): Really disappointing - No breakfast included. We did not get the house we wanted. They only told us in the spot that there was an electrical problem and it was not ready. They offered us a different one that was not even ready. It smelled bad and it was dirty. When we asked support from the hosts they did not care and claimed the house was okay even though we showed them pictures where you could see it was clearly dirty.

Host tried to cancel my booking to avoid review - I guess the pool is nice, but the host arrived half an hour late ro check us in, and we missed the slot to go swimming. After I stayed and paid in cash, the host tried to cancel my booking so I would not leave my review. This is very unfair, and I fear they have such hugh scores because they sistematically do this. The room is the same as the pictures, but many years later, things were old and surfaces were dirty. Sheets were not fresh and there was hair in the shower drain and in the kitchen drain. The washing machine kind of works, but the dryer does not. Its a huge apartment building, built with cheap materials with supermarkets downstairs but nothing really walking distance . It's not too far from the center but it has a very sad and isolated vibe. I would not stay here again
