• Imran Jabeer (8/5): - Good location. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Very good water pressure in the shower. Bed was uncomfortable, the pillows could be better.
• Sam (1/5): Very poor mangemebt, recommend people to be extremely wary of this business and the way they treat guests. - Extremely difficult to check in. ID verification system didn’t work requiring a emailing of identity documents which is not acceptable. At the conclusion of stay, it was alleged we damaged furniture by a hot iron. We never used the iron and stated that. They countered that it was observed by the cleaners who are contractors and we said that due to the lack of staff to verify you place trust in staff who are contacted and would of course think it was easy to pass off to guests through their negligence. • Tah-lia (10/5): Was a wonderful weekend with family to celebrate my graduation. - It felt like a home away from home. Was in a great location to head out and do things throughout the day. There was nothing to dislike about the property. It was comfortable and clean. The only thing was it was difficult to locate the parking initially.

• Mark (7/5): Would stay again, - Location and size of unit The bed sheets were urine stained and some basic cleanliness was poor

• Hannah (8/5): - Clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable and secure. Staff were very good with communication throughout our stay. The walls and furniture were a bit dirty.
• Ashleigh (4/5): Poor - Location was good the places I needed. Close to a tram stop and Woolies. The unit smelt like cigarette smoke the entire time. They came to do an ozone treatment on the second day (I was initially advised they would come the first night night, then the next day and then didn’t come when I was told they would, so I was inconvenienced more with extra time needed to be spent out of the unit). The unit continued to smell after this, though was less severe. They provided a $30 refund as a gesture of good will upon request. The air conditioner did not work very well - only one small unit in the lounge room. Ran it at 31deg the entire time, and still had to wear 2 pants and 2 jumpers to be warm. No heating or cooling in either bedroom. One burner on the stove didn’t work, toilet roll holders and shower caddies broken. Washing machine only works if you leave the bathroom light on - turn it off and the machine turns off.
• Kym (9/5): Comfortable, clean & convientent. - It was easy to access & close to public transport. The communication was fantastic. Apartment was extremely comfortable. The wall split system was only cooling with only a very small portable heater. I had to ask for more blankets as the apartment was so cold during the night. Blankets were delivered the next day when I asked for them..
• Merrin (7/5): It was a convenient location for our family visit. - There was a lack of basic provisions and comforts at the accommodation - no quilt on one bed, no tissues, no paper towel or dishcloth to enable wiping down table and kitchen surfaces. Only 2 hangers in one of the bedroom wardrobes, and none in the other wardrobe. No shelving in the bedroom wardrobes. As we were staying for a few nights it meant we could not unpack our suitcases.

• Vicki (10/5): Fantastic to have a kitchen, two bathrooms and quiet place while visiting family - A quiet, spacious space to stay while visiting family who study at Latrobe University. So close and great parking
• Abigail (5/5): Location was suitable for purpose. (Proximity to Latrobe uni) - Location Very poor internet provided (2G) it beggars belief that we were given such a poor option for internet. I was unable to do ANY work and my daughter couldn’t do schoolwork. In today’s day and age this is completely unacceptable. It was eventually fixed but realistically this.was too late to be of much use to either of us.
