Guest Reviews
- Nagi (7/5): Good -
- Benoit (5/5): Great location, nice host. You go for the location and view. Don’t expect luxury and don’t fall into the trap of feeling - Definitely the best views in town without a doubt.
Unfortunately the property is still in heavy renovations which wouldn’t be a problem but there were nails left behind everywhere on the rooftop terrace of our rooms which was very dangerous. Bed was broken. All the dishes were dirty when we arrived. No housekeeping. Workmen left nails and rubbish in common areas after their daily work which wasn’t very safe at all. Whilst the host was very nice you always felt pressured in having to tip more and more at the end of your stay for any little request you may have for things that should come as a standard.
- Chaudhary (8/5): it was amazing, the owner of the apartment was so kind and supportive to us. the place was comfortable and clean. and of - it was comfortable, clean and had a great view. there was no proper room
service.
- Joseph (1/5): High pressure tour salesmen is the person who checks you into your room. - The proximity to the pyramids The staff pressured us into taking tours and going with them to a tourist agency. This was done at check-in, while the staff was showing us into the room. We repeatedly said that we just preferred to walk to the pyramids alone, but were told, “no it is 25km to walk around the site, it is impossible to do on your own. I will go with you tomorrow, what time?”. I’m not sure how we could have gotten out of this. He eventually did meet us and took us 2 blocks away to a high-pressure tourist office (“sit down, have some tea”). It’s entirely possible to visit the pyramids on your own.
Also, this hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport, but they will not leave you alone once you arrive.
- Muhab (10/5): Exceptional - Great view of Pyramids, clean room. The room looks just like the pictures.
