• Ismail (7/5): If the swimming pool is private as per most condominium then I’ll give a rating of 7.5-8.5 from a total score of 10 - The room facilities is clean and in good condition. There is no parking for Homestay’s visiting guess and the swimming pool location is of public viewing and accessible

• Marina (8/5): Apartment 3 bilik dan 2 bilik - Apartment bersih, rasa selamat dgn guard yg strict ketika masuk. Fasiliti cukup dan betsih. Sgt selesa utk saya dan anak2. Satu lift berdinding n berlantaikan kayu plywood. Mungkin ada consttuction yg naik menggunakan lift.

• LIM (7/5): - Parking is an issue as they only allow 1 parking lot. There is no allocation for visitors (inside compound). Had to park outside the apartment area. The security guard cautioned that authorities may tow away vehicles parked at roadside.

• Intan (1/5): Bad - Nothing! Omg this is the worst vacation ever. Firstly, they didn't provide the qr for the next day so need to wait around 45min to sattle with guard and management.secondly , didn't inform earlier that if more than one car need to park outside coz they didn't provide. Then there's a lot of cockroaches in the house 😤 A LOT! They provide wifi but in the end need to use our own hotspot coz cannot watch anything. Really disappointed. They REALLY NOT HELPFUL. And the toilet is Smell bad . When we complaint its like they used to it and just make us wait for reply.

• Ka (1/5): Disappointing stay. - The location is convenient to travel to paradigm mall KIPmall. 1. The room is infested with cockroaches. (refer to images, 11 total were killed by us) 2. Management is bad - our report of the roach infestation was promised with a room change that never happened, and a cleaning service did not fix the issue whatsoever. Check out time is 12 but someone had access to our room at 10 of the checkout day with no prior notice. 3. Management has no clue how their services operate - Netflix account provided does not work
