Parking system quite unusual
Lifts a necessity, but only two to service is inadequate, leading to to extended wait times and overcrowding due to frustration.

- Neill (5/5): Passable - The unit is so beautifully appointed in many ways. Lots of supplies of things you always forget to pack. It took a few days to have a remote/TV issue fixed and still wasn't fixed in the end. The remote did not work consistently. When this was pointed out I was told "it worked when the guys tested it". So, another day of frustration. The remote was eventually changed but the new remote wouldn't access any Smart TV options. Also, the TV wouldn't connect to the internet. Minor things but when on holidays they matter. Especially when we hose to stay after being told of the lack of pool and construction noise. I'd have thought the owner and managers would be welcoming of the income considering how few people were staying.

The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The Unit was tired. It lacked appeal and was decorated without taste or flair.

- Sharon (9/5): More info when picking up the keys would have been good but we had a wonderful stay - Great location, ocean and beach visible from the balcony. Only a block away from our restaurant of choice and 2 blocks from our concert venue. Quiet, coffee pod machine with pods, very comfortable. My husband left clothing in the unit and the real estate kindly contacted us and we arranged a friend to collect. It was much appreciated No oven only a microwave, I had bought filo pastry beef parcels and ended up using a fry pan.(not the same) the electric double hot plate only worked on the small element. The two level underground car park wasn’t signed to indicate where our park was (had to call the real estate) and we were not informed which floor our unit was on. We got into the wrong tower lift and had to call the real estate again to find the correct lift and floor. Once that was as sorted we had a great time
