• Val (9/5): Relaxing and convenient. - Wonderful location and didn’t need to use the car much. Everything was available in thd apartment and tastefully chosen. Maybe a blanket in the cupboard. The doona was very warm and just the sheet not warm enough.

• Fiona (8/5): We had a great trip to relax and enjoy Terrigal. - The layout of the apartment was great and the balcony was excellent. The key was difficult to turn, it stuck. Also there was no coffee table at the lounge.

• Barb (10/5): Comfort & Style - Beautiful tasteful furnishings with delightful decor items which highlighted all areas of the apartment. Comfortable bed lounge & dining areas. Proximity to the Esplanade & all restaurants. Ease of strolling to the beach & bars was appreciated. Never needed the car. Will be making this our destination for short stays to relax & rekindle. n/a

Extremely comfortable with all amenities that were well maintained, the actual stay was great and I would stay again. The instructions to collect keys and begin the stay were incorrectly posted and sent to me meaning I wasted valuable time and it added a lot of unnecessary stress to the start of the trip - though once the owner finally got back to me, she was very helpful is fixing the solution.
• Clive (1/5): Frustrating - The keys to the property were in a location kilometers from the property in another section of the town. Luckily we had a car to drive there. We arrived in Terrigal at 2pm and got into the property at 5pm. We are an elderly couple and found this unacceptable. The key situation must be addressed. It set a feeling of frustration for the stay.
• Karen (10/5): Very convenient Terrigal beach location close to Crown Plaza - Location and parking was perfect for us plus lift access made it easy for those less mobile. Loved the spacious bathroom walk in shower We would have liked a coffee table and easier option for picking up the keys

Bed, lounge& chairs are in need of an update not very comfortable, particularly the lounge to soft. Bed made to much noise on slightest movement. Instructions on location of items & how to use tv would be helpful. Although access to Chris resolved that. No coffee provided! Machine no pods😢
• Charles (3/5): Great apartment, lousy management. - The apartment itself was great. Having to pick up the keys at a alternate location in the middle of nowhere was not clearly communicated. We arrived at the apartment and had to drive to an unlabeled address to find a lock hidden between two mailboxes. Had it been a little later and darker, we'd have never found it. Then there was the 8:45 am knock on the door for a "plumbing inspection". No warning of this whatsoever. Not a great way to start the day after our anniversary dinner celebration.

• Melissa (10/5): Excellent property and location but definitely recommend a review of initial access. - It’s such a great property thank you for having it available. Owner allowed later checkout which was great thank you. The start of the stay could be much improved, I feel that there has to be a better way to collect the key rather than driving out of town to find a driveway on a hill on a busy corner of a road and then have to reverse into oncoming traffic to get out. Given aus post is next door or the letter boxes out front of the unit there has to be a safer and more user friendly option that doesn’t make the guest do all the hard work.
• Graham (6/5): OK but not great - Location great, facilities good, bed comfortable Having to travel several km's to pick up the keys in the dark from an unlighted box was not good Only 1 teabag and 1 coffee pod for 2 guests for 2 nights was poor form. No milk supplied
• Carey (9/5): lovely apartment in a great location and has a secure garage. - location, modern, comfortable. the floor of the shower was very slippery (needs a non-slip mat) and it also needs a corner shelf to put soap, shampoo and razor on (just as a suggestion).
• Glen (8/5): Perfect location to enjoy everything local in Terrigal without needing a car, and great food. - The property is located in the perfect location with an easy walk to everything in Terrigal, no need to get the car out of the garage. Property was well kept and had everything you needed for a decent length stay for two people. The only thing stopping the property being a 10/10 was the bed and pillows, pretty uncomfortable along with the lounge.
• Peter (10/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Everything was great once we found the keys. Great location and all we could want in the facilities. A short walk to our special dinner and great security. Where we had to go to get the keys and how to find the lifts from the parking lot.

Bed average and linen/pillows poor quality. Instructions were incorrect - wifi details not available without contacting property manager, exit instructions changed during stay, check out date miscommunicated and response for confirmation over 12 hours later. No operational manual for washing machine which was required to open the door. We had to google the operations manual. Would not stay again.
• Diana (9/5): Superb - The apartments was very comfortable and the owners had left may things tea, coffee, oil etc. The bed was excellent and no problems with the TV. Maybe some information on Terrigal restaurants, what to do etc. It may be there but we didn't find it.
• Belinda (10/5): Feels like home! - Modern apartment, few meters from center and beach & esplanade. All reachable by foot in 2 min. Nice mountain view. Quiet. Nice terrace. Well equipped unit with top kitchen appliances, washing machine with dryer. All very comfortable as shown on the photos. Private garage space. All very secure. Coffee shop and restaurant in the house, Crown Plaza with a nice bar opposite and many restaurants, take-aways and shops around. We really plan returning, felt as being home there. Maybe a new iron board - if one really needs one.

• David (8/5): Great apartment, we would definitely stay again. - Very clean apartment. Great location. Fully equipped kitchen and secure parking. Chris ( host ) was very helpful. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants .
• Mavaddati (5/5): Its good for a couple, if you are no couple dont go there, sofa is not useable. - The Key was in the locker and the locker was not in the same situation as the photo they sent. also, there were two entrances and we went to the wrong one first. I went with my uncle and we had to use a bed and a sofa to sleep. The sofa is not useable to sleep, they definitely need to change it. My uncle slept on the ground both two nights!

• Jennifer (7/5): Perfect location for a Terrigal stay but BYO pillow. - The location is perfect. Short flat walk to the beach and all the cafes and restaurants. If you were cooking in the unit, the kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of equipment, well stocked pantry and modern appliances. Full size fridge. The bathroom and laundry are well stocked as well. The host sent pictures of where and how to collect the keys - that was really good as we arrived in the dark, otherwise it would have been a bit difficult at the end of a long day. Free parking in the building was great, but there is a free council carpark across the road. The unit is sparkling clean and being new, feels fresh. The bed and pillows. A pretty new apartment, let for a very good rate should not have your old bed and linen. The mattress was pretty thin, but OK. 4 pillows on the bed: 2 pillows were just so thin and not usuable from Kmart, with only one pillow getting a pillow protector. The sheets were old but clean. I hope. You are asked to strip the bed when you leave, which is fine, but that was when the stained old mattress was revealed. Including someone's bank statement. There was a mattress protector but still, it's not a good feeling. Instructions for the TV for boomers to watch free-to-air TV would be good. The Kogan TV was incomprehensible for this boomer, the wi-fi password was nowhere to be found but we lucked upon Ch 7 and so could watch the soccer. We contacted the host about the wi-fi password, but they asked us to contact the on-site manager. By then I had Ch 7 sorted. Not sure 2 couples would want to share the apartment for any length of time - the bedroom is separated from the living area by a curtain.

Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and an easy flat walk so excellent for anyone that struggles with hills. We also loved the spacious size This is being picky. We would of liked space in a cupboard for our groceries as we stayed 8 nights and mainly cooked our meals we had to keep them on the bench top which didnt give us much space to prep our food. This would not stop us from booking again. Please note the only reason the keys were not available for us was we booked last minute, on the same day
