• Ellen (1/5): Cheated! - Nothing Stay well clear of this accomodation. The owner of this property doesn't deserve your custom. Unfortunately we were unable to stay on the booked dates and tried to cancel or amend the booking more than 4 weeks in advance, but despite stringent efforts we were unable to get hold of the owner to do so. It is impossible to get told of him by any means. He doesn't respond to email or phone messages. He never answers his phone, his mobile in-box is permanently full so you can't even leave him a message. Booking.com were unable to get hold of him either. We therefore lost over $800 and were left feeling cheated and disrespected by this discourteous crook. Just don't risk it.

• Louise (10/5): Exceptionally clean and well appointed. - Well appointed with little extras that made for a very comfortable stay. Villas was exceptionally clean and came with everything we needed.

• Jackie (9/5): - The accommodation was just as nice as the photos and was very well set up for self catering. The hosts have thought of everything, even supplying beach towels. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Phillip Island. There was nothing that I didn't like about the place.
• Ria (10/5): Absolutely fantastic accomodation for our family that was clean, comfortable and homely. - We were so impressed with the accomodation, it had everything we needed and more. It was super clean and tidy, the location is great, we loved all the wildlife. We would have loved some face washers to use in the shower and the iron could possibly do with an upgrade, but that’s only if we’re being really picky!

The warm atmosphere and attention to detail made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat!

• Tori (10/5): Great day, especially with family - I just loved how big it was. Waking up to all the wildlife. Been able to use their games they left and everything like that. Nothing at all
• Priya (9/5): Comfortable stay and a beautiful property - The property was well furnished and beautiful. Would love to go there again. The staff were good. There were lots of facilities in the property including arcade, gym, heated pools tennis cart, pizzeria and a restaurant. The heating was only in the living room, although the bedrooms were carpeted, some days it became too cold without warm clothes x
• Daniela (9/5): I would come back to this little villa with my family. It was truly a “home from home”! 😊 - The photographs of the rooms show exactly what you will get in terms of décor and facilities. The amenities in the kitchen were astounding including basic cooking essentials such as a cruet, cooking oils, professional knives and cleaning products. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer! These are so important when travelling as a family, and an added bonus to not have to use the resort facilities. There was a heater, too, and copious fleece and poly fibre blankets to keep out the cold. The children’s room was wonderful with an IKEA KALLAX unit full of books and age-appropriate games. There was also a television with good quality signal, and WiFi so the children were very happy! Finally, there were also facilities outside for relaxing and dining in the winter sunshine, and the garden was well maintained with native Australian flora such as banksia, princess eucalyptus and kangaroo paw. I hesitate to say that this is a “woodland” retreat since our villa was not located in woodland; rather it was located on the Ramada resort, where there are many, many self-contained villas. However, there was a lot of native vegetation, as described above.

• Rochelle (8/5): Great little unit in a good location what exactly what we needed. - The property was a nice little unit located in a big facility and was super helpful because we had multiple families staying in the same resort. The shower was extremely slippery which caused a fall that could have caused a very seriously injury especially if it was someone older.

• Liron (9/5): Wonderful holiday - We loved everything! The spa was fantastic, the tricycles were fabulous. The restaurant was awesome. We didn't like to book the facilities. The tennis court was empty but it was past 4pm. So it was wasted... should be a bit more flexible-as people on holiday wants to be spontaneous at times.

Maybe another smaller couch or arm chair wouldn’t go astray near the bigger couch. Five of us tried to fit on one couch and was tight Kids would love to have had wifi while there but still enjoyed it. Couldn’t find the bin outside to put our rubbish in to put at curb for the Tues as is written in the rules book. The rules said a fine would incur for failure to do this. But we can’t complain really. Great place.
• Catherine (10/5): Lovely place, will visit again. - I love the place. it is fully equipped. My kids even found toys and cards to play with. I left my food on the dinning table for a short while, after shower, all the ants enjoys it, we didn't expect that happen..... So please remember to put your food in the fridge once you enter the house.
• Cindy (9/5): Superb - The facilities at the resort were good. We were pleasantly surprised that the villa provided board games, balls and rackets! We had a good stay. Also had a takeaway dinner at the restaurant and the staff who served us was friendly and helpful.
