• Emily (9/5): Great place to stay - The location was great, the room was very clean, and the host was very helpful, even providing tips for nearby restaurants. It's a great home base for visiting Toronto! The bed was okay—it's comfortable enough for a firm mattress, but the bed frame tended to creak with any slight movement.

• Diana (10/5): Extraordinary weekend stay in Toronto! - The apartment was amazing. Well equipped, calm, spacious. It was clean, very well located in downtown on King Street, it was near everything. The host communicates and checks in regularly. A great value of money and definitely booking it again next time I am in Toronto. I am recommending it to everyone, it has a great view of the CN Tower. The host and apartment were top notch 🔥 nothing to dislike other than a suggestion to add a few patio chairs in the summer would be great :)

• Ruth (10/5): Great apartment! - The location on King Street is just perfect - 20 min walking to all the significant places. Very clean, very well equipped, large bad, great air-conditioning, designed tastefully. The host communicates quickly and very nicely. I recommend!!! Great value for your money. There is light in the bedroom in the morning - if it bothers you - bring something to put on your eyes. On Friday and Saturday evening there were some noises from parties in the local bars. It didn't bother me, but it can be. Overall I am very happy with the choice of this apartment.

As well as a really great price-quality ratio ! Greg and Aldo will be super responsive to all your requests and will make sure you don't miss anything! Thanks again to them because we had an incredible stay! The balcony could be better designed and there could be more mirrors in the apartment. Otherwise everything was perfect.
• Kristin (7/5): Clean unit & great location with a view of CN tower, but horrible mattress - Great location walking distance to Rogers Center with a lovely view of the CN tower. The unit looked exactly as pictured. It's nice that the building is secure. You are given very clear and thorough directions on how to enter a code for the building on your first visit, then head to the elevator. The unit door was unlocked, which leads you to believe the hosts live close by (in the building?) The keys and building fob were laying on the kitchen counter. The fob is used to get into the building and also must be scanned to operate the elevator. There's a very large balcony, but just a small table out there - there really should be a few chairs so guests can enjoy it. We took the metal dining chairs outside to use and then brought them back in. Lovely modern kitchen but note there is no ice. The Shoppers store around the corner sells small bags that are easy to carry back. Also note that there's no tissue/Kleenex and just random shower products, for example, no shower gel/soap - we used the shampoo that was there. I understand this host is newer, but these are basic items guests expect to be available. We enjoyed having a Keurig (6 regular coffee pods provided) and also a few tiny snack bags (gummy candies and almonds). This has to be the most uncomfortable noisy bed we have ever slept on. The mattress is super thin and hard, and something (the box spring?) makes a TON of crunching noises when you move - getting in, getting out, rolling over etc. It's really disturbing and hard to stay asleep when your partner rolls over or gets out in the middle of the night. This honestly was the biggest negative to this place. There were 4 thin/flat pillows provided. I also found it unsettling that the host texted me on WhatsApp a week before and suggested I cancel my booking through this platform and then book with them directly. That comes across as super shady. I nearly cancelled completely and booked something else as a result. As of August 2025, there's a HUGE new building going up just across the street. Thankfully, it only partially blocks the view of the bottom of the CN tower. The pretty view of the top of it is not affected. Thankfully we never really heard or saw much construction going on and our stay was mid-week. There is nowhere to set your luggage on to open it, so we put ours on the long kitchen counter which worked nicely for us. The address appearing on the listing is not the actual address, they say due to a 'pin error' when they made the listing. We did have a challenge with Uber getting to us or dropping us off, as they indicated would happen. We found that using the NAME of the bar next door, Belfast Love, (not its address) made sure we were picked up and dropped off in the right place. The host also repeatedly indicated we should not talk to the guard/concierge or mention booking.com - it would seem to indicate that they're not supposed to do short term rentals.

Will definitely book with the hosts again, they were lovely! - The atmosphere of the unit, the couple had decorated so beautifully, everything was clean and tidy, they had everything you might need - spare toiletries, laundry amenities, dishes and cups etc. we also loved how communication was quick and easy, response times were quick and the hosts checked in to ensure we were comfortable and even provided ideas on what to check out around the city since we were arriving before check in and allowed us to keep our bags at the stay while it was cleaned! The bed itself was super comfortable however the pillows were a little flat but I’m likely being a little picky cause we usually travel with our own but didn’t this time around! One other little thing - a simple patio chair or two would make it more comfortable to sit on the balcony and hang out especially at night there’s lots of night life if you like to people watch and just listen to the music and chill without being around the crowd hahah

• Greta (10/5): 1 bedroom apartment in downtown Toronto - Location location location! It was easy to ger around the city as the appartment is right downtown which let me me walk everywhere. The hosts were amazing! They were super responsive and checked in with me frequently. Also they allowed me to come in earlier and leave my suitcase there before official check in. Apartment is clean and spacious and had everything I needed. There is bar or a nightclub just across the street. Hence, it gets rather loud at night. I recommend having earplugs for lighter sleepers. Maybe a better hairdryer would be nice too. But in general I am super happy with everything
• Joel (9/5): Amazing Hidden Stay in the Heart of Toronto! - The apartment is a true gem within the heart of Toronto. It's well situated, good price, spacious and modern. We found it picturesque with the balcony overlooking Toronto with the CN Tower in view, very beautiful. The apartment has been fitted out with all amenities and appliances to make you feel like you are at home, something a hotel cannot offer. It's a safe building and the area around is vibrant with lots of restaurants, shops and transport links to get to any part of Toronto. We found it noisy at the nighttime due to the nearby bars and nightlife, so struggled when wanting a night's sleep, this was on the weekend so understandable and we didnt loose much sleep. A trivial aspect is a few more wall mirrors in would be good to prevent fighting over one. Everything else was perfect.
• Dee (10/5): We loved staying here and will definitely be back! - The apartment was immaculately clean and chic, and perfect for a couple to stay. Aldo and Justyna put together a thoughtful assortment of treats by the coffee station, and had chilled bottled water ready for us, which was greatly appreciated! The check in instructions were very clear, and the building felt safe and secure—a haven from the business of King street! A & J were very prompt in replying to messages and sent a very generous list of recommendations for restaurants prior to our arrival. We would absolutely recommend this property to any visitors to Toronto! We didn’t have any issues! This doesn’t reflect on the property itself, but I will say, the area is definitely bustling on weekend evenings and there is quite a bit of audible noise from the street, so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise this neighbourhood probably won’t be great for you. This didn’t bother us at all (it’s the city experience!) but thought I’d mention!

Awesome food is on your doorstep along with convenience stores and city attractions. I walked everywhere. Thank you to my hosts who checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and offered great suggestions for places to try. I felt very at home. And the view is stunning. Highly recommend I liked everything

The location is super convenient, very closed to all facilities. The condo is comfy, ultra clean and has everything you need! Big plus for the nice view! I’ll be back soon :)

They responded super quick to any of our texts and offered us recommendations on things to do, places to eat and how to explore Toronto. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exceeded all of our expectations. The location was ideal and meant we could explore Toronto on foot and via the tram. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay - then this is it. Nothing - the apartment and our hosts were really great.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed — it really needs improvement in terms of comfort and support.

I will definitely return - The apartment was exceptionally clean, there were plenty of provisions (tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc), the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking, the bed was super comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony (even if the weather didn’t cooperate). The location worked well for me, I could and did walk everywhere. A couple of good supermarkets nearby as well. The hosts are super helpful and respond to any queries straightaway. Nothing!

Everything you needed was available from washing machine and dishwasher detergent to a fully equipped kitchen, with some unexpected treats. The communication with our host was amazing with clear check-in and check-out instructions, information regarding places to eat, and public transport nearby, plus any questions we had were answered promptly. • Roberth (10/5): the apartment of my dreams - The property itself is very beautiful and functional. It's possibly something personal, but the bed would be what I liked the least. but I repeat, it does not mean that it is bad or that it is not useful, it is simply not to my total liking.
• Rafael (10/5): A very comfortable apartment in a great location. - The apartment is well located and felt very modern and comfortable (also very clean for my arrival). The host had a nice setup for check-in and made sure I was well-accommodated for the whole stay. The office space was also very nice and helpful on my trip. I'll make sure to check in again next time I travel to Toronto. I had a bit of trouble with the password not working for the elevator, but everything was quickly solved with a phone call.

• Tu-lam (10/5): Better than hotel - More space than a hotel room, better environment to work. Clean fluffy towels , just like 4 star hotels, plenty of restaurants to choose from. The host is very responsive and respectful in all communication. It can be a bit noisy as it is in the heart of the city when you leave patio door open. 1 tiny detail: no kleenex.
