• Maria (1/5): Filthy and Infested Terror: Timeless Vienna - Guarding Sewage Secrets - Nothing. It was like a horror movie. I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't fall for the pictures. Our experience was of total dissatisfaction and extremely disappointing in "Timeless Vienna, 2Bdr Apartment for 6." Major Issues Encountered: 1. Heating and Cleanliness: Upon our arrival, the heating was non-functional, and the keys to the second room were not in the secret key box. Furthermore, the property was not cleaned properly, with disturbing findings such as pieces of toenails between the pillows of the sofa bed, and general dirtiness throughout. 2. Electricity Issues: upon our arrival, the ceiling lamps and the lamps on the night tables were blinking, which made us fear if there was a short circuit. I had a Zoom call, and my window seemed like a disco. Additionally, the plug on the main night table was non-functional, further complicating our experience. 3. Unpleasant Odors: Upon arrival, the bathroom consistently emitted a foul odor, which only worsened over time, making our stay increasingly uncomfortable. 4. Sewage Problems: Besides the odor, we were suddenly greeted with the shocking sight of sewage water in the bathtub. This issue appears to stem from a blockage in the system (it could also be wrongly built), as we also observed bubbling in the handwash sink. The presence of sewage waste is absolutely intolerable! 5. Leaks and Waste: The dish sink frequently leaked wastewater into the cabinet beneath it, creating an unsanitary environment. I hold the renter accountable for any potential health risks, such as infections that could arise in the next two months due to these unsanitary conditions. 6. Unsafe Sleeping Arrangements: The sofa bed mattress was in such poor condition that my son sustained cuts from protruding metal. The overall cleanliness and condition of the mattress were disgusting, with visible stains (like vomit) that were utterly unacceptable. 7. Lack of Basic Supplies: The absence of basic cleaning supplies, such as a broom or cleaning cloths, was shocking.

• Alex (1/5): LOCATION DISASTER. Such a place should not be authorized. - LOCATION DISASTER. This place should be avoided, and ideally shut down by health services. It is situated in a bizarre and unkempt building. This is not a place to go with your family; theoretically, it shouldn't even be listed on Booking. Such a place should not be authorized.
• Ermin (2/5): I don't recommend it. The facility is not suitable for families. - Location is OK. The apartment was not ready for us at the agreed time. The heating did not work. It needs to be cleaned better. Something smelled terrible in the apartment. Dirty clothes from previous guests in the closet. It looks like the previous guests had a party. Refrigerator dirty with leftover food. The kitchen is almost unusable.
