• Leyla (1/5): Terrible experience!!! - NOTHING!!! BEDBUGS ALERT!!! BEDBUG ALERT!!!   Stay here at your OWN RISK, as this place is riddled with bedbugs. I am a medical Doctor and never in my 58 years of life and constant travel, I have had to deal with such a terrible experience.   I slept here for two nights and ended up covered in bites from head to toe (70+ bites).   I had never dealt with bedbugs before and I thought it was allergy.  I found small drops of blood smeared on the sheets. That's when I realized they were bites.     After a quick internet search, I discovered I was dealing with bedbugs. I caught two bedbugs under the bed and sofa and also saw several dead ones under the sofa. After desinfecting my clothes with spray (bought in the nearest shop) and a steam iron, I left the apartment in a hurry.   I contacted the owner. I had photo and video proof!!  I even left dead bedbugs on the WHITE bedsheet as further evidence, but the day later the owner answered me that a member of the "trusted" team who inspected the apartment after I left found NO signs of bed bugs or other insects!!!! I realized that the owner decided to deny everything and gaslight me.   After googling more I realized that the small brown "crumbs" I'd removed from the living room floor the first day were actually their droppings. And the strange "old," very unpleasant smell in the second bedroom - the odor associated with an infestation.   The doctor documented the numerous insect bites and my blood pressure 160/85.    So, this horrific experience ruined my plans and left me with severe stress, insomnia, anxiety, and high blood pressure.    At one point, the owner accused me of going against booking.com guidelines and threatening him with a bad review if he didnt refund me. I had made it very clear in our messages that I would leave a bad review if he didnt take proper measures to treat the unit.

• Jo-Mei (10/5): we love it. This is our 3rd time to stay here. - The location is so great. The supplies were pretty plenty. And the space is very big. Very comfortable. This time the freezer was broken, that’s a bit pity. But we could get by. Hopefully it’ll be fixed when we stay next time. 😃

• Jo-mei (10/5): The whole stay in this apartment just was wonderful. We like it very much. - The location is great, UBhan is in walking distance. The whole place is easy to get in. All is convenient. We stayed there last time and this is the second time. Our family loves it. The knives in the kitchen are a bit dull. If this can be fixed, then all will be perfect.

It's a complete different flat than decribed by the others. this is a flat of old people who left the flat. All what is ok, was kept in the flat. no renovation was done. like a grand parents flat. bed was a sofa and not a bed, smell in the rooms, small room was a smoker room

The host will answer my questions if I wrote them. They are also so considerate. Our stay was so pleasant. We love it very much. Thank you.
• Sagy (8/5): Big Apartment Quiet in general and Very Nice Landlord - 1. Big Apartment. 2. Quiet (other than the room that is facing the street side). 3. Very kind and caring landlord. 1. It is quite far from the city centre. 2. There is only one air conditioning in the room that is facing the street side and this air conditioning is portable so it makes a lot of noise when using it. It is very hot in Vienna in the summer so regular installed air conditioning are a must in every good apartment and this was a good apartment. 3. In the smaller room that is facing a courtyard there is very old carpet rug and there is a smell of dust due to this issue. All other rooms have new parquet floor and I think it’s very important to do it also in this room.
