Corey (6/5): It was central to what we needed but needed key pick up was not convenient - Location was very convenient and room very clean. There was no hot water available for a shower in the morning. The air conditioning unit was noisy and it was very inconvenient to get the key as you had to go to a different location from the apartment and then drive back to the apartment.

Margaret (6/5): I'm a little disappointed - Location and plenty of choice around for dining. Communication was good. Linen supplied was not of good quality, and quantity only 2 small bath towels and 1 washer and bath mat. No hand towels. There are no pillow cases for spare pillows, and the quilt had blood on it, which was a little concerning. Also, the cleanliness of the apartment was not of a standard you would expect for the cost. Unfortunately, the rubbish shute was not working properly on our floor, and we had to leave our rubbish in the apartment, which we weren't happy about as it's our responsibility to dispose of it.
