• fabrizio (10/5): Tutto come mi aspettavo. - Posizione vicino al centro storico, ben servito da treno e mezzi pubblici. Appartamento pulito e ben riscaldato.

• Mathilda (7/5): - The location was good and the apartment is spacious. It was on the 2nd floor and without a lift. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were extremely soft. Towels were old and there were no basic toiletries in the bathroom. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods provided. Oven does not have a tray.
• Elena (5/5): - Tiene lavavajillas, apartamento amplio y céntrico. A 15-20 minutos del casco histórico. Lo mejor el precio y la distancia al centro. Mal mantenimiento, toallas pequeñas, ropa sucia almacenada en el apartamento. Poco menaje de cocina. Escaso en utensilios para cinco personas. El sofá cama es cómodo. La habitación del salón es más cómoda. Las toallas huelen a humedad!!

• Lara (9/5): - Appartamento di grandi dimensioni adatto alle famiglie. In posizione strategica: 15min di tram dalla stazione centrale e 2min a piedi da numerose linee di tram e metropolitana. Vicinissimo a Stadtpark e MAK.

• Jelena (9/5): Superb - The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is also quite good, you will be in city center in 10 minutes. A bit late check in and early check out.

• Azade (3/5): Not as described! Not clean - Nothing Old building, apartment was not as described! Kitchen was dirty and kitchen equipment was dirty ! Towels was very old and smelly Apartment management host attitude and communication was very unprofessional
• Shai (8/5): I would return in spite of the entrance and staircase issue. - Clean, comfortable, effective and homey. The entrance floor isn’t comfy - it is the back area of a Bar (which is great) so the spot serves as a smoking area. Smoking smell is a very common scent in the staircase also.
• Monika (9/5): All was fine, apartment was clean, spacious and well located. - Apartment is walking distance from the center. 3 min walk from metro station Vienna Mitte and 8 min walk from tramway and the ring. Apartment was spacious and very clean, the heating during winter was working great. Good appartment to stay with family. There are nice restaurants in the same street and really nice bar with traditional Austrian food in the same building.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - Very close to Wien Mitte train station. Large living/bedroom. Spacious toilet and bathroom. Close to tourist attractions. Very quiet environment during our stay. Large fridge and freezer. 2nd floor without lift. But not too much of a problem if you have a light luggage. Kitchen is not well equipped with utensils. No bread toaster, but not really a problem.

• Emanuela (9/5): Very nice apartment - Clean, spacious, comfortable. Very nice shower. Manager solved the issue with check-in mix-up on spot. Some might not like the stairs of the old building (in my group), but once you are in it is cosy. Lack of coffee pods, though the kitchen had most appliances.
