Por eso no puedo calif - La amplitud y la comodidad del dpto Que para 6 días y para 2 personas nos dejaron un solo jabón redondo y pequeño y no existieron los amenitis, sólo 2 saquitos de té, sin azúcar. • Evgenia (5/5): Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft nicht , weil es nicht ordnungsgemäss gereinigt wurde. - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral . Esser sehr sehr dreckig . Ausstattungen die aufgeführt sind , entweder nicht vorhanden oder nicht funktional. Kaputte Gegenstände , Teppiche die nicht gereinigt wurden und ein Sofa , dass sehr dreckig war .

• Laura (10/5): Fantastic apartment in the heart of the city - Fantastic Location in the heart of town, plenty of room and great facilities in the apartment, the team at Heartlock had great communication and we would happily stay again on our next visit ☺️ Not a negative really but there is a nearby church that rings it's bells early in the morning!
• Claudia (4/5): acceptable for the low price - appreciated the early check-in and the host's quick responses While we appreciated the early check-in and the host's quick responses, we did encounter some issues during our stay. The apartment is located on the second floor of an office building with no lights in the stairwell, which made late night returns unpleasant. Additionally, the service was delayed by one day for extra bedding we had booked . The apartment itself was acceptable for the low price, but we cannot recommend it due to inadequate heating, poor insulation, and cleanliness problems.
