• Mohamed A R (8/5): Great - The apartment is quite good. It is worth noting that it is on the ground level so at night you can hear people from the street. It is not a busy area so it was not a big issue for us. The area is well connected with the metro being 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommend.
• Mahi Mahimur (8/5): Overall a very good place to stay. Very clean. Everything was organised. - Great place to stay for 2-4 people in a small budget. The Air conditioner at the front door was leaking drops of water which was making a mess on the floor. There is only one mirror in the whole apartment. It would be great if another mirror is set on the bedroom upstairs.

• Leticia (7/5): Good - Location. 5min walk from Bolivar metro stop. Really good restaurants nearby. Arrived in around 7pm and had my birthday dinner at the restaurant "D'amare" which is a 10 min walk away and has amazing food/ambience. They had Disney plus on TV which my little one appreciated. The sofa bed was already set up which was one less job for us. Great shower! The heating was on when we arrived (which we appreciated but it was bit too high). When we entered the apartment, we had a puddle of water right in front us us. Luckly we noticed and no one slip on it. The air conditioner was at the top of the door and it was dripping. Probably the condensation due to the high room temperature. Our biggest issue was with the main door itself. It was very difficult to open the door to leave the apartment as the top lock seemed to get stuck mid-way whenever we would try tco lock/unlock the door'. Also the handle was not secure and kept falling off. The windows in the living room are gridded so, if there had been an emergency, we would have struggled to leave the house. We would highly recommend you replace the front door.

• Jana (7/5): Its okay - The flat is close to the metro and bus/tramm stops, there are also several grocery shops and places to eat nearby. The owner of the flat offered us a late checkout, which was very nice of him. Also really liked the detailed information on how to get into the flat Overall, flat is fine if you stay not for a long time The dishwasher was all dirty, there were no towels or paper towels in the kitchen, we had to buy them ourselves to have something to wipe dishes or just wipe tables with. The sofa on the ground floor was not made up, we found the bed linen ourselves and made it all up ourselves Only one air conditioner in the hallway worked, the sofa was very creaky We were only left with one small roll of toilet paper for three days, it was very surprising
• Viktoria (5/5): Ok for a short stay Levenshtein is cleanliness doesn’t not meet expectations - It had space for 3 people and equipped kitchen. It was dirty. Towels had stains, sheets smelled like they were not washed. Also the apartment had a old smell. Dishwasher stinks. I don’t care about other stuff but cleanliness is most important for me
• Daniel (1/5): Bad - Location is really good. There is a tram next to the flat that takes you straight away to Duomo. As well, there is a supermarket nearby where to buy the food. Communication with owner was nice, even having some issues, he still responded nicely and openly to my messages. Even sent the cleaning service again to clean flat again, but the cleaning company didn't do a good job. As we stayed only couple of days, needed to leave it as it was Where to start... When we arrived the flat stank to cigarettes and smoke, it was barely possible to breath. We opened all the windows and tried to ventilate, but that smell is not from one day, it must have been a heavy smoker and for long time there. At night was impossible to sleep due to the smell, even bed sheets and sofa bed stank to cigarettes. My father had coughing issues and he was all the time coughing, he was not able to sleep at all. Is written in the home rules that smoking is forbidden, but seems people does and they don't take the smell out when preparing the flat for next tenant. Flat is also not well taken care of, the walls are full of marks, bed side table is broken, there is one plug with all wires out, mold in the toilet, mirror not clean... The flat needs a proper cleaning, painting and reparations. If the flat will be taken care of, it would be a really nice one. And what to say about the towels and bed sheets, they were full of stains and sticky marks. It was so awful... Even the cleaning service didn't remove old towels from previous tenants under the sink. Owner suggested to clean the flat and change the towels and sheets, but even after 2nd clean, it was the same situation. When it comes to the "eating" part, there is not enough cutlery. Is a flat that is supposed to be able to host 4 people, but there was only 1 fork and 2 knives. There was no coffee capsules next to the machine. Positive note here, when all of this was mentioned to the owner, he accepted the feedback and agreed that is probably time to buy new towels and sheets. The flat in current status is not worth the money paid. I asked booking for some compensation but nothing was offered. So I would suggest to properly clean, paint and fix the flat, buy new towels and sheets, new appliance before putting it again for rent.
