Nourul Hayati Azrina (6/5): Unsatisfied with service despite good location. - It’s central and close to shops. The Check in Aurora RM5518 is at 16:00 which ia very unusual and this should have been declared early before payment and booking. There was no room for early check in. if you arrive early there ia also no place to keep your luggage. The Aurora lounge does not have a toilet and does not cater short stays. There is also a $300AUD bond that needs to be paid after full payment has been done. This should have been inform early as well so as customer can make informed consent .
Nicola (6/5): Overall, value for money was disappointing - Location was good, nice view and place was clean and tidy Key collection/drop was challenging with a pram and luggage as the key was around the corner involving stairs. Check out was frustrating as you had to check out by 10am but you couldnt access the keysafe until 10am. Couldn't have checked out early without contacting the organisers. Cot shouldn't be listed as an available option since there was no mattress (portacot frame only), no linen or extra sheets.. not even a towel for baby on booking. No drinking glasses (for water or wine) and no milk provided for tea/coffee and air con in main room drips on bedhead
