• Chatri (8/5): Would have been exceptional if cleaner. - Great and responsive host. Catered to our request for 11AM checkout. Place is good for families will all amenities provided. Nice to also have an outside space with some natural light. Own parking garage also a plus - but also easily accessible to bus stops with 15 min access to central station and CBD. Could have been cleaner (kitchen utensils still had food remains, bathroom toilet still had tissue paper w/o flushing and garbage (hair) in rusty trash can, bed sheets had hair, headboard in master had dust balls, outside space with leaves). Heating blankets would have also been nice - first 2 nights we stayed there was really cold but not so much on the last 2 nights.

• Hannah (7/5): Good - Great location, big space for everyone and comfortable rooms. Underground secure parking was a bonus. Very easy to communicate with host. Property needs a bit of TLC. It was clean and tidy but needs a good deep clean and maintenance.
• Kim (9/5): Wonderful place to stay. - The apartment is fantastic and has everything you need during your stay, it was also great to have a parking space . The location is close to RPA Hospital and a supermarket. Host Jules is quick to respond to your messages.and would definitely stay here again. There are a lot of cobwebs on the outside of the apartment in the outdoor area .
• Tajonera (6/5): Pleasant - The host was very accommodating and let us check-in early. Good communication and replied quickly. Provided all necessary facilities. Only the living room has heating, so bedrooms were very cold. Generally clean but we did see some cockroaches inside. The shades were mouldy so we didn't really want to pull them down. One of the kitchen cabinet doors falls off if you try to open it. Wifi was unusably slow.
• Kellie (7/5): Handy inner west 3 bedroom with parking but overall pretty basic. - Space available for the 5 of us and handy off street under cover parking garage in inner west. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen not particularly well stocked - no tea towels nor scissors for example and minimal number of mugs & glasses etc. Kitchen chairs wonky & plants in photos must have just been for the photos. Everything in need of a renovation - suspect it was a poorly made apartment in the first place that is now well showing that with age. Hosts communicate pleasantly, with respect and in a timely way - but ultimately were not proactive with a few issues we had.

• Deirdre (10/5): Exceptional - The layout opening onto the outdoor area made it feel very big - having an outdoor area was wonderful. Great that there is a parking spot. The communication was exceptional.
• Holly (9/5): Superb - Great location and Jules was very responsive to any messages The blind in the small room was broken which was such a tiny thing which didnt affect the stay.
• Jane (8/5): fabulous apartment to accommodate. - Great location. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment close to Uni, hospital, restaurants, pubs etc
