• Eva (9/5): - Krásné klidné místo, kousek do centra, blízko na busu, vlaku, ubytováni super, krásná terasa s výhledem. Vadila mi plastová varna konvice.
• Josef (7/5): - Perfekte Lage für Stadtbesichtigung, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Agentur war sehr hilfsbereit und schnell beim Beheben der Mängel. Die Wohnung ist leider eher abgewohnt und hatte zahlreiche Mängel, die aber durch die Agentur rasch großteils behoben wurden. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapsel wre eine gute Investition! Eine großes Problem war die falsche Hausnummernangabe der Agentur durch booking.com (26 statt 6) für die Schlüsselübergabe. Die beiden Nummern liegen ca. 1 km auseinander.

• Ivan (2/5): El apartamento está destrozado. - Lo mejor la ubicación del apartamento. Han tenido la suerte de que esté donde está. También como parte positiva el trato por parte de la gente de la empresa con la que hemos contactado. Han sido muy agradables y serviciales. Todo lo que podía estar mal estuvo mal. Primero, el hacer al huésped recoger las llaves en una oficina lejos del apartamento, sin posibilidad de parar un momento con el coche por la ubicación de la calle. Inconvenientes para el huésped. Además, pese a pedir dos juegos de llaves de primeras, solo nos entregaron uno. Tuvimos que pedir de nuevo un segundo juego y nos hicieron volver a desplazarnos a sus oficinas para recogerlas. El apartamento necesita una reforma completa. El sofá cama mejor que no duerma nadie ahí por su integridad física. Una de las ventanas del salón no se abre. No hay espacio de almacenaje para despensa en la zona de la cocina. La manguera de la ducha está rota y depende como la pongas no sale agua. El adaptador para enganchar la alcachofa de la ducha completamente despegado. En la habitación principal hay un enchufe roto muy peligroso para quienes van con niños como nosotros. La puerta principal de la vivienda tiene un pomo que, desde fuera, si la puerta no está cerrada con llave, cualquier puede abrir. (Por cierto, es un tema que los empleados desconocen). Entraron a limpiarnos el apartamento sin previo aviso, suerte que no estábamos ahí. Solo sabiamos el dia que irían pero no la hora. Y además tienen la vergüenza (muy poca) de que ya que te están cobrando a un bebé como huésped, te piden 8€ por día por poner una cuna en el apartamento. La limpieza dejó mucho que desear también. Adjunto foto de debajo de la cama. Y además, mirando las mismas fechas para el año que viene (en Semana Santa) pretenden pedir 500€ más de lo que nosotros hemos pagado. Espero que mejoren el apartamento con las condiciones necesarias para cobrar más de 1.100€ por una semana, ya que en el estado actual no los merece.

• Irene (10/5): Ubicación excelente - La zona donde estaba ubicado es una calle peatonal y a 10min andando al centro, la limpieza excelente y dispone de todo lo necesario. El sofá cama no se puede hacer servir. Deben cambiarlo urgentemente.
• Lennart Per Anders (8/5): Bra lägenhet för 2 men utmärkt lugnt läge - Bra läge, fin takterrass, maskinellt bra utrustat kök (förutom husgeråd) Relativt dålig ventilation, dåligt med husgeråd, t ex glas, bestick mm. Ingen dammsugare

• Dragos (10/5): - First of all, the terace is amazing. We actually chose this accomodation for its terace and it was the best choice. We were the only ones with access to it and we spent our evenings there admiring the Malagan sky. The apartment is quite big and well organised. It is close to the city center and to the subway. We would deffinetely stay here again. Nearly forgot to mention the accomodation is administrated by an agency, you have to pick up the key at a different location and you do not pay on booking. They use a different platform, but all was well. You have to leave a deposit. We got ours back. It may seem a bit more difficult, but the say is great and well worth it. Special thanks to Javier, Trinidad and Marcos who were our contacts. We visited in october so we did not need air conditioning, but would have loved a mosquito net at the bedroom window. That is all.

• Mitza63 (7/5): Not great, but OK-ish - Location is very good, on an usually quiet street - would have been excellent if not for the nearby church bells which rang at 08:30 in the morning and then at 08:45 and 09:00, like some sort of divine snooze button. The mattress is nice, the pillows not so much - I like either narrow or very soft ones and this was not the case. They have Netflix which was great when returning from our walks. It's very good that they have an elevator even if the building only has 3 floors above ground. The terrace on the roof is nice if you want to have some homemade coffee there in the morning. The fact that we needed to go to their headquarters near the park to pick-up the keys was annoying. The fact that the only place we could store our luggage on departure day was at their headquarters was equally annoying. The main reason we chose this apartment was its location so that we wouldn't have to drag our luggage around when coming from / going to the airport, but this benefit was annulled by the keys pick-up mechanism. Had it been clear in the description that's the way they did things we would have probably chosen somewhere else to stay. A welcome bottle of water would have been a very nice touch, but it was not the case. The fact that we were asked to take out our own garbage was not elegant to put it mildly. They asked this so that we could help the cleaning team (but on our bill there was a cleaning fee and we received no cleaning during our stay) and so that little insects would be avoided (but if the cleaning team arrived late enough for insects to be created, why couldn't we leave our luggage past 12:00 in the apartment)?
• Giovanna (7/5): - Stadt war ca. 10 Fußweg entfernt. Ausstattung war gut. In der Nacht war es nicht laut. Man musste täglich die Behälter von den 2 Klimaanlagen entleeren. Wir wurde darüber nicht informiert. Der Strand war zu Fuß 30 min. entfernt.
• LAURA (9/5): - La ubicación y el confort del apartamento en general. Mejoraría algunos detalles como el colgador de la ducha y la presión del grifo de la cocina. Algunas sartenes de la cocina habría que renovarlas ya que están bastante arañadas y el frigorífico debería enfriar más. Pero en general repetiría, lo más importante no faltaba y estaba bastante limpio.

• Ники75 (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was fine. Easy and fast communication, the apartment fully met our requirements. Ideal for a couple on a trip. I recommend! Everything is correct.
