• Aoi (8/5): 立地よく、静かな部屋 - ミラノの便利な地区にあり、部屋はアパートの1番上の階にあるのですが、エレベーターがあり便利でした。 ミラノの街中にも関わらず、夜は静かで良く眠れる上、エアコンも付いており快適でした。 チェックインとチェックアウトも鍵の受け取りと返却は完全に対人なしで行われ、事前に場所の詳しい説明もあったのでスムーズに処理が行われました。 部屋は清潔で、トイレットペーパーなどの備品も十分にあります。 空港から地下鉄で、部屋からはトラム1本で中心地まで行くことができる上、中央駅からのアクセスも良いので、comoに遠出するときもかなり便利に感じました。 コーヒーのカプセルが２つしかなかったので、せめて宿泊日数分はあれば嬉しかったです。

Rendezett, szép környéken, könnyen elérhetőek akár gyalog, akár tömegközlekedéssel a legfőbb - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen elérhető. A legjelentősebb látnivalók 1,5 -2 km séta távolságra vannak. Kényelmes, rövidebb tartózkodáshoz jól felszerelt. Csendes, nagyon rendezett környéken van. A környéken kis kávézók és nagyobb élelmiszerbolt is található. A szállásadó nagyon pontos információkat ad a bejelentkezéshez, kijelentkezéshez és segítőkész. Nem volt ilyen.

• Michael (8/5): Good stay overall - Location was great. Apartment was really clean. Bathroom very well equipped and maintained Bed is actually a fold out bed instead of a permanent double bed so not as comfortable as would have been expected. One pillow each and the only other available pillow in wardrobe had no pillow case so not ideal. Asked for 1 hour earlier check in but was declined even though it was self check in I was a bit surprised this could not be accommodated

• Thomas Adam (6/5): Enttäuscht unglücklich Wohnen - Gute Lage, gute Anbindung. Prinzipiell ganz ok. Grundausstattung für die versprochene Leistung bescheiden. Keine Spüllappen, kein Geschirrhandtuch, schmutzige Toilette (unhygienisch), verdrecktes Sofa, kaputte Heizung. Glücklicherweise ging die Klima, die auch heizen konnte. Ohne sofortigen Einkauf und Selbstreinigung kein Wohnen möglich..Bettdecke für eine Person mit 2×2 Überzug. Es gipfelte in einem Stromausfall mit Bedienungsanleitungsvideo zum Gang in den Keller mit Eigereparatur.

• Gamze (9/5): - Duomoya yürüme 25 dk, eve yakın çok güzel yerler var. Hiç vasıta kullanmadık hep yürüdük. Evin asansörlü olması güzel, internet olması iyi, fotoğraftaki işe tamamen aynı. Kolay tarif edilmişti rahat bulduk Banyo gideri çok kötüydü. Çamaşır makinesi için 1-2 deterjan bırakılabilirdi☺️

• Mehdi (7/5): L’appartement est bien situé mais doit être mieux nettoyé. - L’appartement est bien situé. Les équipements sont très utiles (bouilloire, machine à laver, air conditionné..). Il y a pleins de placards, des ustensiles et vaisselles dont on aurait besoin. Les équipements qu’il y a sont utiles. Malheureusement il manque le liquide vaisselle, la lessive pour les vêtements également. La propreté est à revoir… pleins de poussières et il faut changer le matelas car pas très confortable. L’isolation du bruit n’y est pas… entendre le son de la tv des voisins à 1h du matin ce n’est pas top.

• Patrícia (10/5): - Tranquilo. A 20 minutos a pé do Duomo (viagem fácil e agradável). Cama muito confortável. Sem barulho à noite. Água quente no duche. Tem elevador para o apartamento (4° andar). Supermercados a 5min a pé. Tem estendal e guarda chuvas. Tem secador do cabelo, produtos de higiene e toalhas. As coisas que vou dizer não acho que sejam um fator que baixe a pontuação, mas pode ser importante: - o chuveiro de mão tem a mangueira rota. Cai água do chuveiro de cima quando se liga o de mão. - havia algum pó nos cantos - na cozinha não tem azeite para cozinhar nem há panos de cozinha Nada disto é importante o suficiente para mim para ter impacto na pontuação. Continua a ser 10!

Inside a few things were not great; the bathroom sink tap doesn’t work properly (it swivels round!) the shower has no control and the head is not attached so it just hangs down, no instructions about plastics recycling? No fan in the bathroom?

• Aneesha (10/5): - The convenience of the location to stores, restaurants, and transport. We liked the privacy and space. We also liked the comfort of the apartment.. Only the shower needs to be fixed, as the water came down in a trickle. And please put in a soap dish in the shower.

• Devi (9/5): Great location and spacious for couples - The property located in a great area, the room itself is big enough for two of us. Overall we had good stay The bed was sofa bed, i didnt realise that when booking. The bed made noises when we moved around. We were only given a small bottle of shower gel for 2 people for 4 nights stay, so it wasnt enough.

• Sukru (6/5): I can only come again, if I can't find any alternative in Milano - Enough equipment to prepare own food at kitchen. all is new. Equipments in bathroom were also enough. 25 minutes walking distance to city center and also main train station. Location is good and safe. TV remote control was missing. Heater @living room were not properly working. Although, I asked for support from hospitality manager immediately when I checked at 3.00 pm in the first day, she asked me a lot of questions to confirm that I did everything right. Unfortunately, she was not aware of my first day as well. Air conditioning is not heating. Maybe it is only cooling purpose. Electricity system is poor if you wish to run couple equipment's at the same time. You have to fix electric fuze by yourself at ground floor by using keys of the apartment. Technician came to check improperly working heater (%10- due to gas inside) at 09.30 pm upon my second reminder to hospitality manager at noon and brought an old TV remote control. The room was not so clean. As an allergic person, due to amount of high level of dust at living room, I was not able to sleep properly. It caused Nazal flow and sneeze attacks. No password shared to open main door outside in check instructions. A neighbor shared password of the building, no 33.

• Evi (8/5): Very good - The apartment was totally renovated and it is really beautiful and cost in a really nice area - close to Milan Central even on foot (if you are a person that love walking it is around 20’ far away) It was absolutely clean and it has all the main facilities one can acquire for their stay. The bed was totally uncomfortable for 2 friends we barely could fit, it was a sofa and I had back pain every day. The penalties one can get if guest do not leave the apartment cleaned - when it is supposed that the cleaning service is already paid The penalties one can get for not throwing the garbages - come on, you cannot require that from visitors …Imagine that there are visitors that are not aware of the garbage policy of every country! And one more thing is that even we were 2 persons shampooing was only for one
• Gabriela (1/5): The facility was not cleaned, they didn’t bother even after a request to clean it up. - They left us without the keys after check in hours. The facility was not clean, we politely asked someone to come and clean on the next day, they did not, we stayed in these conditions for 3 nights stay.

• Matthew (10/5): Big Room with all the facilities. - The room was a good and comfortable size. Having a washing machine was great and had all the basic facilities in the room which was handy. Having to store the luggage at a storage facility as we got there before check out and cost us an extra 60 Euro, It also wasn't that easy to find the luggage storage places. Fold down bed, the cushions fall behind as there is a gap to the wall.

• Sherin (10/5): Exceptional! - Exceptionally comfortable and clean. Room temperature was excellent with efficient heating during the winter. Room is quiet during the nice so we got good sleep. Everything was fully supplied and organized. Great and conveniently located in center of Milan. Only 9 min walk to Porta Venezia metro station and 10 min to Milan Duomo by metro from there. Lots of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops near by. Customer service is exceptional. It was a pleasure staying here and we recommend this place to everyone!
• Hermine (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the apartment very much. All the necessary facilities were present, including the washing machine, iron, hairdryer and others. The location was perfect. It took ~25 minutes to get to the Duomo and ~30 minutes to the Central Station.
• Amara (8/5): Very good - Comfortable apartment and good location. The key was a pain to use, but when we couldn’t get it working the staff were so helpful and there quickly to assist us!
• Kamberc (10/5): Exceptional - We had constant communication through whatsapp. We could not find the hairdryer and they sent one immediately after they were notified. Overall it was completely perfect. Nothing.
