- H (8/5): It was nice, but there could be some improvements. - Location was great. First of all, there needs to be a little bit more details about the property itself. There is no lights in the common area when you walk in the door or if there is I did not know where the light switch was; so you’re walking through the door to get to the apartment which is not comfortable when it’s rather late. There was construction going on the opposite side of the apartment and it was loud at 7 o’clock in the morning, that also should’ve been conveyed to the renter and it was not. Couch had weird stains on it, that made it undesirable to sit on .

It is a couple of minutes walk to the National Palace of Culture (NDK) and the main pedestrian street - Vitoshka. Although the apartment is in the very city centre, it is located on a small and quiet street. The second bedroom is facing the inner yard and it is also quiet. The apartment has a very homey and cozy feeling. The property keys were left for me in a lockbox at the entrance and the landlord emailed me the code in advance. Great communication from the landlord over the Booking.com messages as he wanted to make sure that my arrival is smooth and my stay is great. The building doesn't have a lift, but this it typical for the old buildings in Sofia.
