• Sabrina (9/5): Great location apartment - The location is spot on . Next to central station and well connected for all our day trips. Many food outlets around. We needed to use the sofa bed and they charged linen fee from us. The booking.com listing does not mention additional linen fee.

• George (10/5): Perfect - This is a no personnel accommodation, therefore no breakfast was on offer. But there are two mini markets just around the corner and the apartment's kitchen was complete with equipment. The apartment was spacious and cozy, beautifully decorated and really relaxing and warm. In addition it is located very close to the Central train station as well as the Metro, which is very convenient. Carmen was very helpful through the phone and our stay for 2 nights was excellent. Nothing negative to say. All was well.
• Ala (10/5): Exceptional Stay at Hacca Apartment for a gr - I recently stayed at Hacca Apartment on Mauro Macchi 32, with three friends, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The apartment was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was quiet and provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the thoughtful amenities to the stylish decor, every detail was carefully considered. I highly recommend Hacca Apartment to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and elegance in Milan. I will definitely return on my next visit! The access was a bit challenging, but we managed to enter without much trouble. Clear instructions were provided in advance by our host.

• Warren (10/5): Tough to find fault with this property and the contacts we're beyond helpful - Very well equipped apartment. Everything was spotless. The washing machine was a pleasant bonus. Close to the train station and public transportation. Food markets with reasonable prices around the corner. Would be nice to have instructions for appliances in English. A wider bed would be nice but size of bedroom makes that impossible.

• Tamara (5/5): First visit to Milan - The location was convenient for taking public transportation. We were within a few minutes of the Milan Centrale train station and there were a few good restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. The location and air conditioner were the main reasons we choose this apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment was very warm making it difficult to sleep well at night. The air conditioners were both having problems and they were unable to have them fixed during our stay.
