• Noor (4/5): - Het appartement zelf was mooi en ruim. Goed om te verblijven met drie of vier personen. Allereerst staat er dat het appartement zich in het centrum bevindt. Dit is niet het geval. Het is in een buitenwijk en je moet nog een halfuur/drie kwartier lopen om in het centrum te komen. Voor mensen die niet bekend zijn in Gent (zoals wij) is de titel van het appartement misleidend. Daarnaast zijn de faciliteiten minimaal: vier nespresso cupjes voor drie dagen voor drie mensen en geen thee. Er was geen handzeep en badmat aanwezig. In de badkamer lag er onder en naast de meubels allemaal stof. Hou er rekening mee dat inchecken pas vanaf 18:00 is! Daarnaast hebben wij een vervelende ervaring gehad met de host. Er was een miscommunicatie over het inchecken, maar uiteindelijk hadden we 18:30 afgesproken. Dat was jammer, omdat wij al vroeg in Gent waren en wij de hele dag onze spullen bij ons hadden, maar a la. Om 17:00 liet de host weten dat het toch 19:30 werd. Dit was tijdens onze restaurantreservering. We hebben geprobeerd om tot een oplossing te komen (bijvoorbeeld annuleren en iets nieuws boeken ivm onze spullen), maar de host kon hier niet aan voldoen. Dat snappen we, omdat het erg last minute was. Echter is de manier waarop hij met ons communiceerde niet professioneel. Toen we uiteindelijk belde om af te stemmen omtrent onze restaurantreservering, ging de host aardig tekeer aan de telefoon. We hebben meermaals benadrukt dat het voor ons oke was, maar dat we wel even wilde overleggen wat handig was i.v.m. onze reservering. Toen we 's avonds bij het inchecken aankwamen kon de host het niet laten om hier opnieuw een opmerking over te maken, terwijl wij al hadden aangegeven dat het voor ons opgelost was. Dit vinden wij niet professioneel en onnodig.
• Gerwin (9/5): Superfijn en comfortabel appartement van een goede host en dicht bij het centrum - De locatie, want is vlak bij een tramhalte! De grote bank is en de bedden zijn comfortabel! In de locatie ontbrak een kleine pan en een broodmes
• Ensio (9/5): - Angenehme große Wohnung, perfekt für eine Familie. Gut den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden, in 15 Minuten ist man in der Stadt. Unser Aufenthalt war im Winter, die Wohnung war am Anreisetag unterkühlt - ein bisschen vorheizen der Wohnung wäre willkommen gewesen

• Christine (9/5): Good location, handy to transport, spacious - Apartment is close to public transport which was important to us. Very spacious and quiet at night. Comfy beds. Large supermarket nearby for some supplies although we did not cook meals in the apartment. We appreciated host, Vigan, coming to let us in as our train journey was delayed due to issues beyond our control. There is an elevator within the block so that was handy at the end of a busy tiring day! Apartment lacked shampoo/conditioner and soap - both in bathroom and small toilet. Luckily we brought some with us Also could have done with another couple of towels. Bedside lamps would be handy.

• Faye (7/5): - Μεγαλο σπίτι στον 1ο οροφο με 2 κρεβατοκαμαρες με διπλο κρεβατι. Κουζινα που περιεχει καψουλες καφε , ζαχαρη και πολλα αλλα (μπαχαρικα ,αλατι,λαδι ) γι αυτους που θελουν να μαγειρεψουν. Αν και ειναι πανω σε κεντρικο δρομο το σπιτι, παρολα αυτα ειναι πολυ ησυχα κσι μάλιστα οι κρεβατοκαμαρες βρισκονται απο την πισω μερια της πολυκατοικιας. Ειναι καπως μακρυα απο το κεντρο. Ομως εχει συγκοινωνια κοντα στο σπιτι και φυσικα όποιος εχει αυτοκινητο ειναι ευκολο και βολικο. Δεν εχει πάρκινγκ και πρεπει κανεις να παρκαρει στο δρομο με την αντίστοιχη πληρωμη. Δεν ηταν πρόβλημα ομως. Απο τις 19.00 μεχρι τις 9.00 το πρωι της επομενης μερας ειναι δωρεαν. Πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης με αναλυτικές πληροφορίες και διευκρινίσεις. Το σπιτι ηταν τακτοποιημενο, αλλά είχε σκόνη σε διαφορες επιφανειες. ( έπιπλα, σοβατεπί, προσκεφαλο κρεβατιου, μπανιο) .Λες και ο καθαρισμος γίνεται επιφανειακά. Αυτό όμως δεν ειναι κατι που δεν αλλάζει. Χρειάζεται περισσότερη προσοχή απο το συνεργείο καθαρισμου. Επισης, θα προτιμουσα λευκά σεντόνια και πετσετες που αποδεικνύουν την καθαριότητα τους. Πλένονται επισης σε υψηλές θερμοκρασίες. Στο σπιτι του ο καθένας μπορει να έχει οποιο χρώμα θελει.

• Gaëlle (9/5): - C'est très agréable de se faire accueillir par l'hôte cela montre que c'est un logement auquel on tient et que ce n'est pas qu'un appart de passage. Les règles et consignes sont claires. L'appartement est propre ainsi que le linge de toilette La mobilier est confortable Il manque quelques couverts dans la cuisine au moins pour faire 2 fois des repas à 4 et une essoreuse à salade.
• Prasanna (9/5): Overall very good. - Excellent location and very friendly and nice host. Was clean Bathroom doors were without keys. Kitchen could be better equipped. Check-in time could be better. Or may be self-check in could be an option if host cannot make time before 18.00. Host was still flexible which is appreciated.

La cocina está totalmente equipada para cocinar, y con productos de gentileza, como aceite, sal, especias, incluso arroz había. Café y Nespresso para hacer espresso, azúcar, etc. Las dos habitaciones con camas grandes muy cómodas. Todo excelente. Nada para criticar. Todo estuvo muy bien. Ojalá pueda volver otra vez desde Argentina.

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment owner welcomed us personally, showed us around the flat, and gave us helpful tips about the city. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were facing the back side of the building, away from the main street, so it was quiet at night. The location was also great – just a short walk to a tram stop with direct connections to the city center. There were large supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again!

• The (10/5): Very nice little weekend away - I liked how it was convenient lots of shops nearby. Everything was in walking distance. The guy was very helpful. Helping me with when I had car trouble.
