• Nikki (10/5): Central location in downtown Vancouver at a great value with excellent hosts. - The location was central to all the restaurants and tourist attractions we wanted to try. The place was very clean and well thought out to accommodate all guests. Communication with the host was clear and all detailed instructions for checking in. It may be a nuisance to other guests but the outside city noise was something we are used to hearing.

• Andreas (9/5): Für einen Städte-Trip über mehrere Tage perfekt. - Vollausgestattete Küche inkl. Kaffee und Wasser. Alles sauber und alles selbsterklärend (Haustechnik). Perfekt natürlich die super zentrale Lage, fast alles konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Manche Lebensmittel und Gewürze waren wohl von ehemaligen Gästen, ohne zu wissen wie lange die da schon liegen und ob das noch genießbar ist. Leider gab es nur einen Fob, das war dann nicht so gut, wenn man individuell/getrennt draußen unterwegs sein wollte.

• Christina (10/5): Great choice for staying right downtown! - It was very easy to communicate with the host and also really clear instructions for parking and how to access the key fob. The kitchen was really well stocked and the bed was comfy. Love that it is pet friendly - so appreciate being able to bring my dog. The building itself felt very secure and safe. Also it's penthouse! Walking distance to Rogers Arena and great coffee shops and restaurants close by. There was a mild smell of smoke that I imagine may have been from a previous guest unfortunately, but otherwise everything was perfect.

• Mike (8/5): Good place to stay in downtown Vancouver - Located in the downtown area, the facilities were good, and had free underground parking. The communication from the host was very good (it was self-check in). Coffee was provided, although we went to Starbucks opposite for breakfast. It was hot in the apartment, but to be fair it was in a heatwave. Otherwise everything was good.

• Sophia (9/5): Tolle Wohnung in super Lage. - Die Lage und die Aussicht waren toll. Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mitten in Downtown Vancouver. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Check-in und Check-out hat problemlos funktioniert.

• Justin (9/5): A nice place for a short or long visit - Comfortable place to stay with very responsive hosts. Super comfortable bed and a brilliant shower, plus a washing machine and dryer which was helpful. The parking was convenient and accessible, with clear directions, and the location was very close to a Starbucks, a market, and only a short walk from the trains. Would be a good choice for a longer stay. On arrival there were a few hairs in the sink, a minor gripe but impacted the initial impression. Location may be loud for some, and the view isn't exceptional.

• Shawna (10/5): Highly recommend this comfortable apartment loft for a stay. Great location! - The location is excellent! Very easy to walk to get to where you want to go. BC Place down the road, Canada Place also within walking distance. So many great restaurants to choose from. The initial instructions to get into the apartment came a little late to my phone. Once those were received, it was all good.

• Peace (10/5): A wonderful place to stay. - The apartment is lovely exactly as described. The owner had thought of everything in regards to cleaning products. The location is great, it's in the middle of everywhere we had to go. I would recommend this apartment to others to stay in. We couldn't work out how to use the TV even with the instructions from the owner. I would suggest that we just have basic channels instead of having to log in to certain apps.

I had a difficult time opening the door with the key pad. I think a digital door lock would be a better choice. I could not get the television to work properly.

A portable air conditioner was provided but could not make the entire apartment cool. No air conditioning and the tv didn’t work.

• John (8/5): It's a very hip and well maintained penthouse but very much like being in small mid- town NYC. - Very hip loft. Owner left a lot of snacks for arrival. Coffee for the morning. Great location. Walking distance to shopping and Gas Town. Not the fault of the owner, but Vancouver is under attack from construction. Condos and the streets around them. Not a good driving city. And being in inner city, the police sirens were every 45 min during the night

Stairs from sleeping loft down to bathroom took some getting used to. Minor, though.
• Mariah (8/5): Excellent location for a weekend away as a couple or as a single. - Location was fabulous and so was view and penthouse setup. City life is very noisy and I initially found the front entrance entry difficult as the elevator closed too quickly and I couldn’t get to the condo. It’s a process getting the keys and then using them to get to parking area. Once I learned the process it became much easier, just a struggle at first.
