- Rebecca (2/5): At the end of our day we left the place immaculate to then get a message to say we left a mark on the carpet and we’re g - It was in the location we were after and it had a good view This property needs a lot of work. The walls were absolutely filthy marks. Everywhere the lounge was broken. I nearly fell to the floor when I sat on it. The floating floors are lifting.

The only pictures in the advertisement that resembled the actual apartment were of the bathroom, all the other pictures were nothing like the actual apartment.
The bedding had make up on them
The T.V didn't work
Every bit of cutlery and drinking glasses / mugs were dirty and had to be washed prior to use.
The balcony was absolutely disgusting, it was like walking on a night club at 5 am. With toe nail clippings scattered around, scribble on the glass etc.
It did have undercover parking but the security gates at entrance were always open for anybody to walk in ( not secure )
To get the key for the apartment you had to walk a block to a supermarket which was only open certain hours once you found it.
There was absolutely NOTHING about the apartment that resembled " penthouse ".
Overall it was a con and most definitely NOT worth $600 a night.

- Milzeh (4/5): Honest review of ignorant host - Views from the rooms and balcony were amazing. Easy to transport from Docklands to most spots on the free tram line. The host didn't provide anything to clean the apartment. The host also made false accusations on things that weren't broken during our stay and kept the damage deposit after saying they would look into it further with the landlord and then ghosted me. The host was persistent on flagging me to write a review so here it is. Hope it was worth the wait! Our group left the apartment in great condition and the poor communication of the host has let our stay down tremendously. Poor form Leon.

- Mary (7/5): A quiet area near the CBC - The location and views were amazing. Having young children on the floor, the floor and rug weren’t very clean. I found a large piece of glass on the mat and there was a lot of hair. They provided a cot but no linen for it even on request. We could have brought our own if advised. No tea towel provided even when requested. A very loud noise from the water meter outside the front door which inconveniently would go off at night and other random times waking the baby.

Blinds and AC could have been put on ready for us. It was super hot with Western sun beaming in.
Hot water takes a long time to start in the main bathroom.

- Jon (7/5): Amazing views if the weather is right - Instructions and arrangements for access were clear and easy. The apartment was clean and well laid out and the apartment block has a swimming pool and gym. In general, absolutely nothing to fault and the apartment operators were extremely professional. The beds and the lounge sofas are all extremely soft which might not be to everyone's taste and unfortunately, not to ours. They were the most uncomfortable beds of our entire trip.

- Kylie (7/5): Perfect for a small group. Outstanding views - The view was amazing. The rooms a decent size and toiletries plentiful. Plenty of plates and glassware which was great. The location was excellent with the free tram right at the door. And a Cafe just downstairs. It was difficult to communicate sometimes as we had to go through booking.com. We couldn't find how to enter the parking and were given 2 seperate bits of information about availability of the parking.. A 4pm check in was a long time to wait but thankfully we were able to checkin at 3pm with a request. The floors were a bit dirty and when we moved some furniture to make it a better layout for our group we found rubbish under the lounges. The hot water took a while to heat up in the showers.

The building staff was very rude, yelled at us when we didn’t know how to open the gate of the car park. (Understand that’s not the problem of the property owner, but that rude guy ruined our experience)

The location was super convenient with a tram stop right outside the door. Really comfortable large couch. Fully equipped kitchen. It’s a bit fiddly to have to exit the car park and then go back up to the unit to leave the keys there, when checking out.
