- Ingo (3/5): Nicht zufriedenstellend - Geschirr und Besteck waren dreckig. Backofen war ekelig und die Töpfe waren verrostet. Die Fugen der Badezimmerwände waren schon sehr dunkel (vielleicht schon Schimmel). Die Deckenleuchten hingen teilweise schon fast aus der Decke. Einige Sachen fehlen als Ausstattung (Schere, Geschirrtücher, etc.). Die Couch hat einige Flecken. Insgesamt ist der Eindruck sehr schlecht. Hier muss erstmal renoviert und investiert werden, bevor man dafür kassiert. Der Wasserhahn war auch defekt. Haben wir reklamiert. Wir sollten auf den Handwerker warten. Das ist doch nicht unser Problem. Wir sind im Urlaub. Gebrauchte Taschentücher waren auch noch in der Schublade. Ich weiß nicht, wie hier gesäubert wird.

- Misty (3/5): Could have easily been better - Location was great, easy access to tube stops. Quiet neighbourhood. Great to have parking, although there was a car in the allocated space, which had looked like it had been there for a long time. The property was really dirty. The kitchen wasn't cleaned, the carpet had lots of stains and there was the leftovers of an eaten corn on the cob in the bedroom cupboard.
