• JQ (1/5): Avoid this Dump - Good Brickell location for walking. The condo was dirty, furniture worn out and some pieces broken, bathroom sink clogged. Manager offered to send a handyman to paint and fix things while we were staying there on vacation. Terrible service. Dumpy place. Look elsewhere.

Caulking all over the tub and floor. Bottom of vanity wood is rotted. Overall I could never recommend this unit in its current condition.

• Simon (7/5): Super Lage und Atemberaubende Aussicht aber die Bäder benötigen eine Renovation. - Super Aussicht, Lage und freundliche Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Parkhaus ist gross genug für einen BMW X7. Bequeme Betten und sehr gute Fenster (Schallisoliert). Ein Duschkopf konnte nicht eingestellt werden da Anschluss defekt. Bei der anderen Badewanne hatte es grosse Risse. Renovation beider Bäder nötig. Praktisch alle Möbel hatten irgend einen Defekt. Mitarbeiter am Empfang teils Unfähig zeitlich die Garage zu öffnen.
• Diana (10/5): - Can’t imagine finding a better location that this one. Gorgeous view. Really nice swimming pools. Only couple blocks away from Brickell city Centre. Right next to the best restaurants/shops and nightlife. Will be coming back and staying here again soon!

• Alicia (4/5): Parece más de lo que es - La ubicación era perfecta. Las vistas espectaculares. En el anuncio pone 2 habitaciones 3 camas y viene indicada la tercera como sofá-cama, pues es un sofá normal, esa tercera cama es un colchón inflable en el que tuvieron que dormir mis hijos de más de 1’80 y 75 kg de peso. Además a pesar de haber mandado un @ con más de un mes de antelación con la documentación de cada uno de los huéspedes y haber hecho el chek in antes de ir, cuando llegamos (más tarde de las 15:00, como nos pedía) no estábamos registrados y tuvimos que estar esperando bastante tiempo. Pedí que me dejara entrar a las 13:00 ya que era a la hora que llegaba a Miami y no tener que estar con el coche y las maletas por ahí y no me dejó.

• Shruti (6/5): Great location but old apartment - The location is fantastic. The views from the balcony are amazing. The communication with the host was quick and easy. Both the apartment and the building are a bit run down. The place is much more tired versus the pictures. The bed was too soft for me.
